Very unprofessional. I went here as a renter because I couldn't find anything to buy in the area, what with the market being so bad. And the way I was treated by the owner here at Dreamview was utterly ridiculous.
Initially, I registered but heard nothing from them. With weeks gone by, I popped in a couple of times but finally on my third visit, as I was talking to one of the agents it was made quite clear by the owner that I was not welcome.
After that, I just went around the corner to Winkworth and was shown plenty of properties by a very nice team. I found a place to rent, and have since found another place to buy.
I don't know what it is about GG. But after a few unsuccessful attempts at moving to London, I've found that many of the estate agents in the area are simply cowboys and unqualified to operate a service for professionals.

I can’t rate Dreamview Estates highly enough. I had been renting a flat from them for nearly 3 years and found the team and Murray in particular extremely helpful and fair. I have used agents in the past, and while many appear friendly and available at the start, they can be hard to get hold off when needed at a later stage. Murray in particular has always been at hand, when needed, professional and a true gent. When I needed to leave the flat slightly earlier than my notice period allowed, again Murray was accommodating to my needs even though the contract meant he didn’t have to. Absolute pleasure to work with. Dreamview would be the first agents I’d approach going forwards!

I can honestly say this estate agent is the worst i have ever come across in North London being a lettings agent myself many years ago.
They do not know what a tenancy agreement is, they dont know how to manage a property and they leave tenants with no electricity no water no heating fire hazards and then after taking their hard earned money tell them to vacate the property! Due to works commencing on the property. Barnet council then issued an Emergency Prohibition Order which in turn made all tenants instantly homeless.

Myself and a friend had the misfortune of dealing with this ‘company’. My friend does not write English hence why I am writing this review. The flat was filthy because the previous tenants had allegedly vacated the day before. However we were advised it would be professionally cleaned before rental. . Moving day was a nightmare as no inventory was taken, the flat had a mould problem, it stank of damp and had not seen a vacuum or a lick of paint in a while. Rent was paid on time but repairs were slow/ non existent. I had to constantly pester the agents to carry out basic repairs which contractually should have been done in half the time it took them. Getting the deposit back was a huge fight due to the lack of inventory which we were advised was not needed at the beginning. (It is!)
I would seriously AVOID this company, they are money orientated and do not follow all the codes of conduct legally required for an estate agent.
They’re a law unto themselves.

I didn't want to get to this point where I needed to leave a bad review as I've never done this before. I've been trying to get my deposit back since we left and that's been more than 4 months. Our letting agent, Daniel was super helpful and always kept me updated with everything.
From calling the office to book a viewing (it surprised me that they actually do viewings on a bank holiday) all the way to moving in was just a very easy process.
Overall the whole thing was really pleasant and smooth I would 10/10 recommend Dreamviews, wether you’re first time renters or just simply looking to move somewhere else.
Just to add another thing that we found really good as well: During the viewing we did not feel pressured into getting the property at all, and Daniel was super easy to talk to all the way through the process of renting and getting moved in. There was also a ‘moving in pack’ which was a lovely touch! Very much appreciate the good service

I have known Murray Lee for some years and he is the most impressive Estate Agent I have ever come across. Nothing is too much trouble - when there were issues over the photos taken by the professional, Murray came over and took some better ones.
He answers calls and e mails very quickly and so do his staff, especially young Daniel. They keep you completely updated and will pop round anytime for the most trivial issue. As an independent agent they are not tied by Head Office's rules and there is considerable flexibility.
Murray knows the Golders Green area very well and having experienced various Estate Agents in the area, I have no hesitation in saying you would not find anyone better to help you with your property issues. Thank you Murray and your team.

They are the go-to guys for local information, for tenants who are reliable
They are professional and proficient in every aspect of the letting game.
Unfortunately for the first time in 35 years we have had to apply to retain the deposit due to the state of disrepair we found in my apartment.
Dreamview helped us attempt to negotiate with the aggressive and unreasonable boyfriend of the tenant. The apartment was left in a state of disrepair, kitchen implements stolen, furniture broken and walls with holes. The only thing these tenants added to the apartment was an infestation of fleas.
Despite the protestations of the tenants it appears that the deposit organisation agreed and returned us part of the deposit.

Me and my flatmates rented a flat from this agency for 2 years. Everything was fine until we requested our deposit when moving out. The Landlady was not responsive and did not provide any documentation to prove damages we supposedly made, only sent us fake non-itemised invoices from builders to charge us for damages present before our move in date, despite us giving her all the right evidence. She wanted 1260 pounds out of our deposit and Dreamview Estates did nothing to help us with her trying to scam us. The only thing they did was sending the deposit amount for a My Deposits dispute. Other than that, they tried to protect themselves and tell us to talk to the landlady while obviously siding with her. When we told her we will take matters to other instances, her husband called us offering to reduce the deduction to 1000 before we went to My Deposits, or alternatively, to court, telling us that 'we don't understand business'.
4 months later, we finally got our decision from My Deposits who were fair and only charged us 350 pounds. The landlady did not provide any evidence against us as she didn't have any (obviously).
I would give only 1 star because of this stressful and absolutely ridiculous situation, but I must admit our we were looked after well during our tenancy. Our agent would pick up the phone instantly if we had any issues and tried to help us solve it.
My advice would be to get rid of shady landlords, especially YSL Properties. Shame.

Murray Lee, MD of Dreamview, is an excellent Estate Agent, and was an enormous help with our recent property purchase. He belongs to the "old school": keeping clients up to date with progress checks and reports.
He was courteous, professional and helpful throughout, and very understanding when it came to various delays as a result of lock down and administrative delays with our mortgage. We have used Dreamview before on a number of occasions and can highly recommend this company.

Myself and my two flatmates had the absolute misfortune of renting with this company last year - leading to one of the most stressful times in our lives. I simply do not know where to begin. The property manager THEY hire but claim they have nothing to do with was downright rude and unprofessional. The house was filthy when we moved in. We did not have HEATING ALL YEAR - funnily enough resulting in numerous chest infections, hospital visits and even stress induced seizures (which we have doctors records of). We had an extreme rodent problem. And all we got told was there is nothing they can do. I wrote an lengthy letter of complaint when my tenancy was over (which I fought to end early due to the trauma it was causing), detailing everything that happened in my time in the residence - including the property manager screaming at us down the phone that her husband had divorced her. I received an unhelpful reply from Dreamview which I could not even muster the emotional energy to reply to after a year of hell. So glad to be out of that place. I NEVER write negative reviews, but I recommend with all of me that you do NOT use this company

Do yourself a favor and avoid this agency. After 2 moths I left the property I rented, I can get my deposit back! And they keep advertising properties of the same landlord knowing how unreliable he is. I understood I will, unfortunately, need to get the help of a solicitor so, if you want to save yourself the stress, look for another agency

We are very happy we went with Murray. Our transaction was a chain of 4, and us being first-time buyers it was overwhelming. I had the misfortune to encounter this estate agency when I was looking for a studio flat.
The flat showed to me was placed in the market as self-contained, with fully independent kitchen. During the viewing, the agent mentioned that oven would be taken away at some point, due to council regulations and that I could access another oven through a communal kitchen that was under planning, but I was reassured that all the rest of my kitchenette would have remained the same, therefore I accepted these conditions.
After not even 2 months after signing the contract, I had people coming into my flat whilst I was away and start removing bits of the kitchen. I was then informed that, beyond oven, also sink in the kitchen needed to be removed. At that point I made it clear to landlord that, unless sink was staying, I needed to move out, as I had signed up for a studio flat, not for an en-suite room with shared kitchen.
Thanks to my independent research through the Council, I found out that building was under an enforcement notice due to the subdivision not being approved by the Council; obviously the Agency had omitted that and I found myself having to pay the price.
The agent from Dreamview Estate called me in the attempt to mediate between landlord and myself and told me a number of lies on the phone;following that phone conversation I requested to exchange communication just in writing, since I felt there was not honesty from the other side.
Eventually I managed to move out and get my deposit back, though nobody repaid me for expenses like the painting I had done and bits and bobs purchased for the flat, leaving aside the upset and stress I suffered.
I should have realised the lack of professionalism from Dreamview Estate when they had failed to provide me an inventory of the flat, despite me asking for that.
Avoid by any means, they just want the money.

Awful and unprofessional. From moving in to a dirty flat, missing keys on move in, getting locked out countless times due to their workmen and having attitude when we try get in to our house? Deductions from the deposit without invoices for unsubstantiated amounts.... just to name a few issues. Would NOT recommend if you’d like a stress free tenancy or any sort of professional service.

Agent was very unprofessional and wouldn't allow me to talk whilst claiming to be "helpful". Didn't get my deposit back straight away as there was a confusion to who had my deposit, the agents secretary said the landlord had it however the landlord said the agent had it.

Not only I had a great experience when I had stayed in one of their properties (about 6 years ago), but also have received great help recently with a bureaucratic matter regarding my staying there. Mr Murray Lee and the staff are very personable , friendly and professional. There should not be a better house agency in Golders Green!

I first used Dreamview Estate Agents when looking for a studio flat in Golders green area last year (2013). After a year I decided to move on to a larger property in the same area. I spoke with Robert Leigh and explained my preferences on the size and type of property I was interested in. After a month he found me a lovely flat which exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed with his help and especially when transitioning from one landlord to another. Robert took care of the paperwork promptly and without any problems. I would without a doubt use them again in future.
