Update. I have now finished renting and this us hell! They requested nearly complete deposit on check out for NO reason at all! It is unbelievable.i went to deposit protection scheme and they returned me 90% of it. So I was right, they had no reason to take it!
Beware of this scam! And do not rent through them!
And if you are in situation like mine - don't speak with these scammers just go to deposit protection scheme and request full refund.
