In comparison to our other experiences with different agencies, Hausman & Holmes were the best by a long shot. Very nice, extremely accommodating. They take a human approach to the tedious process, which is very much appreciated when you're unsure about one thing or the other. I was (and continue to be) impressed with the all-round customer service offered by the team at Hausman & Holmes, particularly the lettings consultant, Adam Roberts, who handled our property rental agreement. Adam went the extra mile in showing me a similarly priced property (better value for money, in my opinion), and he was super attentive when it came to queries, tenant verification and utility concerns. I got the feeling that he truly cared about his clients, rather than solely focusing on securing the tenant and income.
Adam's colleagues have also been of great help in getting us set up in our new home.

Owning other flats in London and having dealt with multiple agencies over the years, can say with confidence that Hausman and Holmes is the most professional agency I have ever dealt with. Joseph and Richard are exceptionally smart, fast, incredibly knowledgeable of the North London RE market, can leverage a deep network of contacts (from owners to prospective tenants to contractors to architects and advisors, etc.), are very creative in terms of thinking through solutions etc. and are personally very close to the daily operations of the agency. It is indeed their business!

Excellent superior service! This is my rent2 with HH/ Hausman & Holmes team! Adam Rosenfeld specifically is very professional and friendly in taking care of rent from end to end. Everything has been organised super fast, smooth with customized approach. The guys are just fantastic! Richard proved to be very professional, he offered a selling price for my property in Golders Green which I happily accepted and within one week he found me a buyer. He was always punctual knowledgeable and helpful.
When I had problems with the seller of my new property he volunteered to help, and indeed was very instrumental in bringing the whole deal to successful completion. When Richard was on holiday, Jamie took over and was as good.

I have been a tenant of Hausman & Holmes for 8 years, bought my own place now and hence moving out. Bitter sweet moment for me. They have been fantastic and thought I'd write about my experience and encourage those in NW11 to use them if possible. I've been dealing with Joseph since I started looking for properties to rent 8 years back, and I have to say it's always been a pleasure. The experience of signing the lease was absolutely painless, they took care of it over the phone and emails and I had my keys handed to me on the day I started. Since then, they have been taking care of the property for me and have worked with the landlord to get the maintenance, etc. taken care of. Of course, things do break when living in a property, but are taken care of as quickly as possible. No problem too big, even had my boiler replaced when needed. I'd happily recommend Hausman & Holmes to others if looking for rentals in the area - and I'd be more than happy to use them again if I sell or rent. Good job, guys - keep up the positive 'Can do' attitude

Its hard to find an estate agent that you can trust and delivers on their promises. I have used Hausman and Holmes on a number of occasions and don't see the need to deal with other agents. An absolute pleasure to deal with and a credit to the 'estate agency' industry.

Hausman and Holmes are a dynamic and customer based agency. Im very happy in choosing them to rent out my property.
I had it on the market with a large corporate agent for several weeks to know avail. It was costing me hundreds of pounds a week in lost rent. After instructing Hausman and Holmes they came out on the day took, professional photographs and even made two the same afternoon.
Within three days they had an acceptable offer. I was over the moon. The whole process was made easy. All paperwork was emailed to me and a statement of account was completed and the money was in my account within seven days of move in. They even took care of the inventory and pre tenancy clean. I look forward to using Hausman and Holmes for years to come.
A special mention to Adam Rosenfeld who's professionalism and customer service went far beyond the call of duty.

I am very satisfied with the service I received at Hausman and Holmes. I met Joseph at their office on the high street near Golders Green station they have a booklet of all the current properties, with coloured photographs and details about each property. I saw an apartment that I liked and since I was looking for a place to move into fast, Joseph took me to see the place right away. I had to move quickly as my job was relocating. We managed to get the paperwork done in a matter of hours. Everything was done by email, which saved me coming back to London from up North. I sent all of my work references and passport details and paid my deposit by bank transfer. All was very professional.
I'm looking forward to the next two years in my apartment. Thank you Joseph for all of your hard work and professional service.
