Great Service from them. I rented my property with them on a rent guarantee scheme and cannot fault them in anyway. My rent is always paid on time, any maintenance issues are always resolved in a timely manner. They are on top of all compliance related issues and don't try to rip me off like my previous agent.... Great value rooms in zone 2 with quick access to central London. Incredible help from Tahir for the total amount of months I've stayed in the property. East End Properties have been managing my 2 flats located close to their office , for the past 6 years on Roman Road and never had any issues with them. All repairs were dealt with and invoiced accordingly. My rent has always been paid on time. They offer a rent guaranteed scheme , which is great as I had No Void Periods and was paid from the next day after a valuation was done.... Read more

BEWARE! The biggest con artists you can deal with. Landlords beware, I gave them my home to rent out only to find out they have sub-letted it without my knowledge and we’re making a profit which should have been passed down to me. They do not run checks on tenants but have charged me for it regardless. Did not protect my deposit as advised and when the tenants finally vacated the property it was in a horrific state but they were given their full deposit back. Alam the owner ignored my calls and emails when confronted with what he did, until the matter escalated to court to evict his tenants. If I can give 0 stars I will. You should not be allowed to practise lettings and management.... Read more

I'm going to head this off by saying this is one of the worst "agencies" I've ever ever used - and that of wouldn't touch a contract with them with a ten foot pole. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Just a preface that my review is based upon a shared household contract experience I unfortunately had with them. Pros: ?They will find you a room in one of their properties fairly quickly if you're desperate. ?They have a store front . Cons: Hoooo boy. Here we go. ? Completely unprofessional. Ignored phone calls and emails until it got to the point I said I'd make a formal complaint to the council in Tower Hamlets, which they've apparently previously had issues with. They will happily ignore your calls, emails, when they do answer they'll be rude say they'll call you "right back" and then go out to lunch or just flat out avoid calling you back cos they're too lazy to deal with complaints. ?Offer "regular cleaning service" as part of their rental deals. It's just some guy with a dirty rag who works at the agency who does a once over the kitchen benches and leaves dust, grime, dirt, and mold where it was. Think I saw him come in once a month at most. ?Drags feet with repairs - we had a hole in our bathroom wall for *6 months* during one of the coldest winters in recent times. And that was just *one* of many things. ?"Fully furnished room". A week into tenancy furniture started falling apart. Why? Held together by blue tac. ?Ignored basic tenant rights, on repeated occasions to the point I made formal complaint to get them to stop. They still ignored them from time to time. ?Get your contract double checked by a professional before signing - they attempted some super shady stuff in the small text they tand tried to brush over during my meeting with them. ?*Completely* disorganised. I had one agent argue that "they have over 50 properties" as a tesson to follow up on srious complaints in email and multiple call form - from multiple housemates. ??? Almost 6 months later in still getting emails from them about various issues and landlord requests - despite telling them numerous times I've long since moved out. Absolutely no clue. Honestly the ***super** shady stuff they do should be enough of a reason enough to find a different place to rent from. Wait till they've maybe had a few years more to get their act together and get organised - and again, double check your contracts. I will edit my review if I hear that things have started to change from my old housemates, but so far that has not appeared to be the case.... Read more

I give 1star because I tried to go back at the same agency After I had to give up on a room due health issues (paid the fee to have it kept)to ask for another room and apparently the agent keep ignoring my calls and my messages .really nice from you .wont recommend... Read more
