They used an online portal for document signing which meant that I did not need to make the trip to Lincoln twice. This is my first experience of renting a property, and haart have made it easy to understand, simple to achieve and comprehensive in answering my questions. The website listing was accurate and made the property sound attractive, and organising a viewing was as simple as picking up the phone and asking. Daniel at haart was courteous and repulsive to my needs and queries. After having my offer accepted Rebecca at haart was a great point of contact, answering my ongoing queries and making sure that I was updated every step of the way.
