Haart stood above the rest for their customer service, personal approach through Craig Giles and proactive attitude to do the best for us by all the staff. They used an online portal for document signing which meant that I did not need to make the trip to Lincoln twice. This is my first experience of renting a property, and haart have made it easy to understand, simple to achieve and comprehensive in answering my questions. The website listing was accurate and made the property sound attractive, and organising a viewing was as simple as picking up the phone and asking. Daniel at haart was courteous and repulsive to my needs and queries. After having my offer accepted Rebecca at haart was a great point of contact, answering my ongoing queries and making sure that I was updated every step of the way. The Lettrak website provide by haart is a really good way of monitoring the progress of your letting and I would recommend haart to anyone considering either renting out a property or becoming a tenant.... I was losing hope in finding a home suitable for my needs as someone wheelchair dependent, and clutching at straws I contacted Haart by E-mail (my preferred mode of contact). Within the hour they came back to me with an apartment they could recommend that fit my exact specifications. Within two or so hours, I was welcomed to view the property, and knew it was the one pretty much instantaneously. The letting agent made it so much simpler, with it being my first apartment and knowing nothing about renting, I was able to grasp the paperwork and get it out the way with ease. I was moving into an apartment building that is not animal-friendly, but my letting agent was highly responsive to my special needs and saw that I was able to bring my dog with me to my new home. It was a first for me to have a professional be so understanding and supportive. I moved in one week, my letting agent met me at the door of my apartment. She showed me around the place one last time, talked me through some T's and C's as a little refresher but without overwhelming me and welcomed me home. Since theres been a couple things, mainly me trying to adjust to a different water system than I am used to etc, for which I passed a few emails for assurance. I did not have to wait long for a response and they even called me which I thought was a nice touch. I can sing praises for this branch. Highly compassionate, understanding, and very, very helpful. As good as any other letting agency, but... Extortionate fees, but in a way that's every lettings agency. Left a property over 2 weeks ago, still haven't received deposit back, no-one communicates with me about it. You need a reference for your next property? You'll have to pay and the worst part is, it is not explained to who I have to pay... It's bad enough that I have to pay, but damn it give me some info or call me about it.... Read more

To be honest , as long as you are dealing directly with Daniel and his team at the Lincoln office you'll have fabulous service, he works exceptionally hard on behalf of you as a landlord, however the downside is the other aspects that are not handled by the actual branch and that part of the service is poor... I was first assisted by Daniel Hall who made me feel at ease and was very helpful and lovely the entire time getting the ball rolling. I recently contacted Haart to handle the letting of my Penthouse in Lincoln. Craig was my letting contact who was very professional with excellent communication through all the letting steps, process and pricing. The office was centrally located which was handy. I liked that they had links with professional relocation companies that other agents didn’t offer. This is an added bonus being a landlord, knowing that they don’t just upload to websites and wait. My tenants ended up staying but I will definitely look at using them in the future.... Read more
