Please make sure if you are renting a property from them to take all the tiny details and pictures of the flat especially if it is an old flat. When the time comes for check out you will need to prove to get the deposit back. Be very careful. They will try and deduct money for the issue relating to the old property.

I have been renting for many years and not always had a good experience, nothing major but just being looked down on by a couple of agents.
I recently had to find another flat and saw one on Rightmove, I must say from the very first phone call to me actually moving in (today) the way every person dealt with me has been so very professional and helpful, everything went smoothly and I was always kept in touch with the process.

I left a voicemail regarding a potential flat to rent but didn’t receive a reply so contacted again the next day. Was advised they were not taking any further bookings as they had so many booked in to view it and to call again to check in a few day !. No info taken of mine or potentially other properties I could of been told about that they had available as others do. It was the tone and what was said that could of been better. Not contacting them again.

I rent a property through Edward Taub and I have to say, I have never had any issues. Having used a previous lettings agent, I know see how property management should be run and they take a lot of the stress off of tying to manage this myself too. The property management team keep me updated on a regular basis even though I don't need to do anything as it is all managed by the team themselves. I Would 100% recommend these guys.

My partner and I were looking for our first home together and we found a few on RightMove. We looked at three in one day and fell in love with a flat that was through Edward Taub. We put in an offer straight away and Gill was fantastic about getting it to the landlord and getting it all sorted so it was ours! When we first got in, there were a few bits that needed to be fixed, but they were fixed within days. One plumbing bit was fixed within hours of a quick email! It’s been absolutely fantastic dealing with Edward Taub!! We love our home!

I’ve been renting a property from Edward Taub for a few months now and so far I can’t complain about this company. They’re responsiveness and efficiency is impressive. With previous tenancies I’ve felt like the estate agents only cared about getting tenants and after signing a contract they stop listening. Thankfully the agents at this agency have always been incredibly helpful. I’ve had the pleasure of corresponding with Gill, Sophie and Mihaela who have been great at handling any issues. I rented from them left the flat in perfect order, even repainted it (the same clolour) seem cleaned the carpet. It was left in perfect state. They took £500 from my deposit. One of the charges was the way a slight bit of dust on the skirting board do a £100 was taken to get a professional cleaner in so on

No matter what the inquiry or need, the team at Edward Taub are always professional and on point. I read some horrid reviews, and they are simply not true. I have had dealings with John Bray himself and he goes out of his way. I also own a business and if the slightest thing doesn't go someones way as it is in the terms and conditions, people reject the whole process and all the effort put in. Please don't hesitate to use these guys, they are amazing!

By far the worst estate agents I’ve ever come across. They will give you a dirty house, will not get stuff done during the tenure of your stay, then in the end blame you for defects you didn’t create. I’d recommend you to not just put everything in emails but take photos and also record your conversations with them. They will definitely gamble on the deposit. We got the property professionally clean. And they pinned defects on us that already existed before we moved in.The garden was in tatters, we told them this is how we will leave it but no, they wanted us to leave it like a perfect looking garden. We even had photos but they point blank refused and took money from our deposit! They are very unprofessional. The moment you sign the contract their attitude will totally change. Especially the lady who deals with contracts is very ill mannered and rude. They will tell you ‘landlord said this or that’ while all this time they will be the ones making decisions. Make sure you fight for your deposit right till the end.

We used Taub for 7 years to rent out and then finally sell our family home. We were extremely pleased with the service they provided: Taub were conscientious, thorough, and dependable - proactive whenever house issues or regulation changes required our attention, helpful in sorting out problems, and always pleasant and instantly available on the phone. We cannot praise them highly enough. The same goes for James Hallybone, their estate agent when we came to sell the house. James was always available for advice or discussion, and he handled the competing offers and the negotiations with skill and aplomb, and to everyone's satisfaction - certainly to ours!: from our tenant moving out to the exchange of contracts with the new owner was less than 3 weeks!

Friendly and welcoming when you move in. Massively unprofessional when leaving the property although they conduct inspections every 3 months. They have independent inventory people who don't see problems when you move in but can see any minute issue when you leave. I was charged for professional cleaning after I had spent nearly 300 for cleaning. A massive no no from someone who lived in a property for 28 months and was robbed off deposit. Talking of professionalism, part of ceiling wallpaper was left hanging for 6 months even after requested to sort it out

Would highly recommend this agent. I have dealt with them for nearly 10 years and have nothing but praise for them.
I have dealt mostly with Karen and John and they have been excellent in all areas and could not be more helpful and professional but I have to stress that whoever I deal with there, I am always very happy with the service and advice given.
They really look after you and support you with everything and I cannot praise them enough.

I have dealt with Toby at Edward Taub, Toby has been professional since day one, he has kept me informed every step of the way, the service I have received from him has been amazing. He sold our property within a week of taking over from another estate agent who had the property on the market for 1 month and hadn't manage to get 1 viewing. Toby is defiantly an asset to Edward Taub. Even after the sale, Toby has been able to help with advise and questions I have had in regards to buying another property. Excellent all round, I would highly recommend this agent, especially Toby.
