Would love to give these immoral, rip off merchants 0 stars. They charged £550 admin fee the highest in greater London, ignore emails, take weeks to get back to you, lie about everything. My advice stay week away as a landlord tenant.

We got an offer accepted on a property that this agents where selling.After more than a week after they accepted the offer they still didn’t send the memorandum to our solicitors!!!The where stringing is along just to find out the vendors accepted another offer from someone else!!!Would not recommend them as a buyer!!!

I have dealt with Toby at Edward Taub, Toby has been professional since day one, he has kept me informed every step of the way, the service I have received from him has been amazing. He sold our property within a week of taking over from another estate agent who had the property on the market for 1 month and hadn't manage to get 1 viewing. Toby is defiantly an asset to Edward Taub. Even after the sale, Toby has been able to help with advise and questions I have had in regards to buying another property.
