We have just sold our flat through Farr O'Neill and both Andy and Zaheeda have been great throughout the whole process. They were pragmatic and honest when we were in the process of selling, which we really appreciated (we don't need the promising the earth and failing to deliver that you get with some estate agents). When we did sell, they were both attentive, responsive and efficient throughout the whole process. At the end, we did have great difficulties with our buyer moving the goalposts and members of the flats freehold. Andy especially was professional, informative and so helpful helping field the questions, concerns, reviewing the different contracts and managing our difficult buyer. The whole situation was very stressful but would have been far worse had we not been in the safe hands of Andy and Zaheeda. I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough and if ever we need an estate agent again (hopefully not for a very long time), we would definitely recommend Farr O'Neill.... Read more
