We sold 2 properties and bought one at the same time and used Chris from elite for the sales.
What a fantastic agent Chris is. He worked so hard to push our property sales through. We had a shocking experience with JS Law solicitors and Heart estate agents but Chris was there to so out most of the issues we faced.
Chris was very professional and well organised. He followed up on every call we made and got back to us very quickly with answers we needed. He always answered our calls or rang us back within a few minutes. He has WhatsApp chat which is a huge bonus and sent us lots of updates using this. He would check in every week with updates on the sales and purchase.
His pricing is extremely good and I won't be surprised if is goes up. We had quotes from the big agents and they were mostly double his costs. Chris if you read this, put your prices up because your worth every penny.
The whole process of the property sales and purchase were extremely stressful and we are very grateful we had Chris to help us through all of it. Thankfully I won't be buying any property for a long time, but if I was I'd be using Elite for sure.

I would strongly recommend Elite Properties when you are looking to sell or purchase a property. I was extremely happy with the service that we received when we were dealing with Chris. From the initial conversation and throughout the whole process Chris was very professional. He always went above and beyond to make sure that what should be a stressful situation was a smooth and successful process. Chris was very knowledgable about the local market and any questions that we had were answered in great depth and he made sure we understood what we were doing and why it was necessary.

Chris was absolutely fantastic through the entire process of letting us our new flat. He was polite, friendly, patient, and understanding with any queries we had along the way, and flexible where necessary to help us with the paperwork. Chris always made the time to help, be it with an initial viewing at short notice or popping by at our request in the first week to answer any questions or show us how to use the various fittings that were new to us. An absolute pleasure to deal with, and we can’t recommend elite property and his services enough!

Where to start????? Chris was absolutely brilliant in navigating us through the purchase of my parents property.

Chris was brilliant from start to finish. As someone who has never used a letting agent before, he was incredibly helpful and explained every detail to us throughout the entire process. The inventory was thorough and we were easily able to communicate with him and our new landlord. Any questions and queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and he made this process much easier to navigate than we’ve experienced previously. We felt supported before, during, and since our move, and know we are able to continue to ask Chris for advice whenever we need it going forward.
