Landlords beware - They managed my property portfolio and did not pass on the clients money. They have been spending from the clients accounts to fund their business. They advertise being part of protection schemes which they do not have. They take cash payments from tenants then lose the money. They do not answer the calls when you try and ring them. The so called boss McCauley Gibbs is a bit of a kid that is to frightened to talk to me. Terrible terrible company that you need to avoid.

Worst Agency ever. If you are looking for a great service stay away from them. Anker and her manager are very rude and unprofessional. How can a manager use a swear word to me ?

Diabolical!!!
Rung them, made an appointment to view a property, they said they would ring me back the day before the appointment to confirm it, as the property was boarded up so they would need someone to remove it for access.
They never rung me to confirm and never rung me on the day of the appointment either.

I gave Century 21 a property to manage, they collected the rent and didn't forward the money to me. They ignore my calls and hold on to the money. I would advise everyone to stay away from them!

Just rang and asked them some very simple questions about a specific property, they could hardly answer anything, I actually felt embarrassed for them they were that bad. There are plenty more professional Estate Agents in Doncaster, I’d stay clear of this one.

Just wanted to share my experience with the people that are looking to buy and the sellers, I have been since December started my house hunt, around April and May 2019 found a house that me and my partner liked.
We put in an offer when viewing the property and was told that it would be best to put in an offer of upto £90,000, I arranged a mortgage in principle and got hold of deposit proof which I had sent over to the sales manager and placed my offer. I also got my financial advisor to talk the estate agent.
After chasing the sales manager around I found that an offer had been accepted, I was shocked so I asked the sales manager that I would like to place a higher offer as we really liked the house. He mentioned that the vendor has signed into an agreement with a buyer at this time.
I was shocked and raised my bid to 95,000 and finally 97,000 with again the sales manager not concerned to call us back, all they mention is that he in an agreement with another buyer, but why didn’t this company allow us buyers to haggle it out and benefit at least the sellar.
I’m just concerned now and will look for further advice as this estate agents hasn’t taken the vendor into account or potentially buyers. Due to these guys not listening to offers this has caused the vendor of a loss of £7000 and me the loss of a potential house. The vendor should know that the offers I am putting in are higher and bacause the estate agents lacked the professionalism or knowledge of what was going on they just made a loss to both of us. The house in particular I am posting regards to is Cranworth Road in Eastwood
I hope someone looks at this and responds from this estate agent as this is absolutely shocking service. I shouldn’t have to provide any further information as this should be enough to detail who I am.
