Overall we had a good experience with Elitelets. Humaira was quick to respond to any issues we had, which wasn't too often as the property was kept in a good state and the garden was maintained for us which was a nice bonus. We would have expected the garage area to be touched up a little considering our rental amount however. Would definitely recommend this agency to students in Nottingham.... Read more

Unprofessional and disorganised. They assure you face to face that you will get your deposit back and then charge ridiculous fees. They provided a list of cleaning expectations at the end of the tendency the night before the last tenant departed. Had bills included in the contract but WiFi did not work for a week and were left to sort this out ourselves. When we went to originally sign the contract they misquoted the rent price and tried to charge us £15 extra per week. Overall, would not recommend... Read more

The wordt experience I have ever had to endure with a business. A lady called Humaira from Elite Lets was extremely aggressive over the phone continuously swearing at me. She has taken money from me on numerous occasions in the form of a deposit for many different flats - as I'm a student looking for accommodation for September. On each occasion Humaira would ring me back to tell me the promised flat has been given to someone else and would refuse to return my deposit, she insisted it was being held by another party and was waiting to have it returned. She continued to be very rude whilst dealing with her on every phone call. I am very upset with the service I received from Elite Lets, I would recommend everyone to avoid Elite Lets and Humaira as they are thieves.... Read more

This is a beautiful and spacious house. Thank you very much , and for everything you guys have done for me over the past years. My children loved staying here due to the space and peaceful environment, neighbours are very friendly. If your service and workmanship is anything like your driving then I’m astounded you’re still in business! Your driver was driving at 20mph down the ringroad, whilst on his phone swerving from lane to lane narrowly missing other cars. When I beeped my horn he looked at me like he didn’t even know what day it was and continued to drive like a sedated sloth! I suggest you employ more competent people to drive around representing your company before he kills someone! I dread to think what his plumbing and maintenance is like, he couldn’t operate an indicator let alone a power tool.... Read more
