Didn't get as far as actually dealing with them - saw an interesting flat, but the blurb was obviously written by AI, was unclear, contradictory and definitely inaccurate. Obviously hadn't ben proofread or edited. Made me wonder how much else they skimp on doing properly, so approached another agent.

Rude agents. I have been menaced on the phone in a way organised crime would do. One agent physically pushed me outside their building when I showed up with a regular appointment. They came to show the flat to another potential tenet without notice.

DO NOT WORK FOR THEM. They do not pay full salary, always stilling hours and holiday. You have alternative agency in the same business as TMR.

Bunch of cowboys and crooks ! Don’t pay there staff on time if at all! Avoid at all costs ! Staff are rude and not helpful at all ! If you want to earn a decent wage avoid!!

Worst company to work for. They don't pay you in time and you have to chase your own money constantly.
Also I have now been waiting for over 2 months for them to send me my P60 and no one is responding to emails or calls. Do not recommend.

Worst agency i have work for! Just after one day of work at night (shift start 6am) they sending msg that is no work for you next day. You need to ask over and over again about money for the work and not every msg they bother to answer. 3 weeks im waiting for the money and just lying

Not bothered to keep their word. Dropped me on road at 1am in the midnight after promising me to drop at home after the shift. Had to call many times to get the payment.

Really bad. Just awful. If you work here check your payslip *every* week! They get it wrong a lot. When I stopped working for them and got a beer job I asked for a reference just to confirm that I worked there for HR. After three months and an official complaint they still did not manage to do it. One of the times that I called them the guy I spoke to said "you should complain more as it will be more likely to motivate us"... That's how bad they are!

I have never come across an agency like this one. Advertising for NHS staff to help creating masks, asked to email which I have done twice, no reply, I have called 6 times and the phone put down everytime I call. How can a company like this represent NHS, having reviewed other jobs I see they recruit for Sports Direct aswell, a great combination. Do not touch this agency, poor service. I have sourced work from another agency who have been excellent, answered straight away, online registration and then a Zoom interview, passed the test and start work Monday. How can two agencies be so different.

Gained a lot of work experience and job confidence working with this firm and when I needed to take time off they understood. If you can carry out the work and get on a roll you'll be sound, don't let them down!

the worst agency in my life. I do not recommend it to anyone! they invent deposits for company t-shirts and cards holders and never give them away. tragic contact if you want to know how many days of holiday you have

I came to the agency because I was desperate for work as I need to feed my family. I didn't have high hopes as I wasn't a fan of employment agency's. I was proven wrong by Taylor Martin. They was very kind and understanding and found me a job with in one week. I would like to give a special mention to the kind gentleman Lewis who works for the agency. He was very patient and understanding when we spoke. He went above and beyond to help me. Thank you.

TMR got me a job 4 months ago. Still doing 40 hours a week. Everyone is friendly. Didn't get payslip straight away but I contacted payroll and they sorted it straight away. If you want work these people will help!

I have worked through TMR for over 3 years.
They are honest and reliable.
The payroll department are responsive
TMR are one of the uK's most professional agencies.
The bad reviews are just from idiots who cannot hold a job down...

Disgusting agency. They take money off you for so called compulsory deposit of £9 for a lanyard. I signed up with them nearly a year ago and not had a day’s work. I recently worked with another victim of TMR and she had to also pay for the deposit and an extra £25 for dbs check and they haven’t found work for her either. Praying on those who really need the work and haven’t much money is deplorable. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I have never been asked by any other agency for money up front. Surely what they are doing is Illegal.

Very good and caring staff. Especially Magda, the girl at the reception :) was desperately looking for a job and they got me one immediately ! If you are not lazy ready to work, then this is the right agency for you ! Would definitely recommend it !

I was invited for an assessment in their Mottingham branch. It took me quite long to reach and after an hour long assessment I was told that it’s my interview on same day as well.
After Interview they gave me a number and told me text this number to know my induction date and starting date as I was told that I was successful.
I kept on texting them for 1 week and luckily once a girl picked the phone up and said she will contact me but she never did. I kept on ringing them but no answer. Please do not waste your time and energy to go there and ending up like this.
These people have no professionalism. They don’t know how to talk and how to speak over the phone. They never let you finish what you are trying to say.
NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER go with TMR.

Worst agency ever worked for... company CEO is biggest pervert.. If you are young and good looking be careful...if you won't show him attention or laugh from his jokes you will be sacked...also where will be not reasonable charges like for ID card holder (you can buy it in any store for £1 or £2 they will force you to buy it from agency for £10..sadly also had loads of issues with salary... each time you try call agency to find out where is your weekly salary the person who deals with it never in... you go directly to agency lady in reception refuse to let you in because you don't have appointment....I am just sorry I didn't complain about this agency to tribunal earlier, hope it will be closed soon or at least English law will investigate this agency with her dodge payments and charges....

Do not work for them. They don't pay or delay the payments for weeks or months. Very disorganised and unprofessional agency. If you are in Nottingham better go to GI Group, Turnerstubs or any other.

Not recommended. Problems since the first week with the payslips. When the job ended they didn't want to pay my holidays. I was going to the office, sending emails everyday and calling for a month until they decided to pay. They are very unprofessional, disorganized and they don't know what they are doing.

Staff seemed quite friendly on arrival, got told I'd be starting work Monday & the hours would be told the Friday before. Phone up on the Monday to ask for late details.... Phones from 9am-11am many times, to be told my recruiter was busy and to call back. Once I do manage to get hold of them, I'm not only told that now the job won't be starting until next week. I know this is all bogus now..... because they'd asked me to pay £9 for a poxy lanyard tag ( bare in mind the photo ID was just a black and white printout of my passport photo and stuck on with some double sided sticky foam toss) they'd said the £9 was refundable upon returning. So I'd not worked a day for them, so I'd said, can I bring back my lanyard as I will no longer require your services.... to which I get a reply "only if you've got the receipt and it's in good condition"....... receipt...... what receipt...... Bunch of money swindling bast*rds.

Wouldn't ever recommend anyone to work for this agency who treats you like dirt and lie to you all the time. FIX UP and stop leading people on.

The managers are ridiculous and can't rely on them the worst agency in all UK I really hope they shut it down asap as they treating the people very bad and they are rude hanging up on people .... we people have to do something about it we need to put it in the telegraph!!!

i want give only half star but unfortunately i can`t
this agency one of the worst agency around UK. they don`t give payslip just when you write 10 email to them...also they don`t pay correct usually missing few hours or even all week. sometimes there is temporary stop in work sometimes 3 weeks or even more. i`m not recommend for nobody including my enemy as well

I have registered with this agency, I must say after 10 years of Payroll admin experience they still put me through a lengthy English/Maths tests, which nobody looking into I am sure and in the end I never heard from them again! Typical agency dealing with the big amount of "minimal wage" jobs, so if that's what you are looking for it may be useful to register. For me unfortunately it was a huge waste of time!

Taylor Martin provided me with staff for the day to assist with moving VERY heavy furniture! The guys were really lovely and very hard workers.
They got to work straight away and made sure that I was happy with the placement of the furniture at the new address and even took extra special care with delicate items making sure nothing was broken.
I would use Taylor Martin again and would recommend them to friends and family.
