Recently sold our house through Elliot Quinn and cannot recommend them highly enough. Met both members of the team who were very professional yet personable. I found Elliot Quinn very easy to deal with - they were extremely responsive and worked well with us. I engaged them originally as their response time was quick and thorough and I was never disappointed. Throughout the whole process Matt Elliot was extremely helpful and supportive.
They arranged and managed a number of viewings for us - the property was tenanted and they were respectful of our tenant and kept both us and our tenant informed.
I have only positive feedback for them.

Lois and Matt both were fantastic throughout a complex house sale that took much longer than expected.
We were given clear information at every stage and what was needed from us where required. When the sale became complex, there was regular communication between us and the solicitors from all parties thanks to Lois and Matt which helped us get the sale over the line just before Christmas.
A great example of how all estate agents should be and operate and would not hesitate to recommend to friends or family.

Lois has been absolutely brilliant through the whole process. We've had ups and downs with our purchase but they were always on hand to guide us through and support our decision making. Even though moving house was extremely stressful Lois made it a lot easier when dealing with solicitors and other estate agents. Matt and particularly Lois could not have been more helpful. They went above and beyond to work around me and my schedule and make the whole process of renting my house as pain free as possible. They also provided sound advice at every stage and helped to arrange the work I wanted done on the property prior to renting.
I would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone. They are completely transparent and there are no hidden costs waiting around the corner.

Elliot Quinn Estates were the most friendly, non-judgemental and reliable estate agents we found.
Every question and query we had, the team answered and we were made to feel at ease by their warm, calm and relaxed approach - I particularly found this very helpful when feeling anxious about moving house.
We felt that Elliot Quinn Estates were the most helpful estate agents we recieved an estimation for sale from.Every part of the process, the team explained things we were unsure of in an easy and unstable way - we were never made to feel lost in the jargon surrounding solicititing or estate agency.
Dan was brilliant with finding us and advising us about our mortgage deal and Lois and Matt were fantastic when we put our house up for sale. It was a very enjoyable experience selling our house with the help of Elliot Quinn Estates.

Elliott Quinn Estates have been helpful and friendly while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism throughout the whole renting process. I am a first time landlord and they have guided me through the minefield of being one fantastically. They provided a detailed and thorough market research pack to help me identify how to present my property for the best possible yield. As well as this all paperwork was handled through docusign. This enabled everything to be done quickly and securely with the least amount of hassle. It was pleasure working with them and I hope to use them for other properties in the future.
