All the reviews about if there’s repairs they don’t get done ours get done strait away the next day at the latest gas’s safety done every year on time I have serve anxiety and they always put me at ease with everything they ring be fire hand give more then 24 hours notice for inspections and Karen is lovely and Jo is lovely and Marta and also they is no mould or damp in my home I air my home all the time and I don’t dry clothes on radiators etc never had a problem lovely people x... NOT EVEN WORTH OF ONE STAR!!! I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with 1st Sales and Lettings estate agent that I feel compelled to share. Their lack of professionalism, rude behavior, insulting remarks, and overall terrible attitude towards us (who waited for property viewing)left us feeling extremely frustrated and disheartened and displayed a shocking lack of courtesy and respect towards the existing tenants over there in front of us. Overall, my experience with this estate agent was nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly advise anyone looking for an estate agent to steer clear of this individual and this estate agent as their behavior is unacceptable and detrimental to the client-agent relationship.... Do you like mould? Well 1st Sales and Letting will give you free mould with your new flat. Bedroom mould, bathroom mould, kitchen mould, lounge mould, black mould, yellow mould, and slimy green mould, all of which will eat your furniture, eat your clothes, and eat your food. They're great roommates! Other perks include: Broken kitchen window (causing the mould), consistent damp, electrical failure, exploding radiator, no bedroom heating for a month midwinter, and broken light fixtures. All of these CAN and WILL be consistently ignored by maintenance for months or, if you're lucky, until you move out! Then they ignored my request for getting my deposit back to the point I had to consider taking them to Small Claims Court and told them as such. Annoyingly, I had to report them to Coventry City Council's housing enforcement team before I moved out, but our overstrained council couldn't get back to me before I left for greener pastures and slightly less green roommates.... They, especially Karen and Marta, have been very helpful in each process, including process of making a contract, sorting out issues for managing the property, and communications throughout the process. This letting agents was great until our contract ended. we didn't give a months notice so had to pay the extra month, no problem. They then stuck on a couple of hundred pounds on top of this for costs to 'clean the flat' including a fee of £45 to clean an oven and £30 to vacuum and clean the house (I'd already done the floorboards, there was just some slight bits on the stairs). Didn't get much help towards the end of the contract. Also, the receptionist was hard work, could hardly hear her over the phone, no receptionist skills and had little knowledge over the workings of the business.... Read more
