We looked at estate agents that had a strong presence in the area of Mums house and had good knowledge of it. We spoke with a couple of local agents who were both less than helpful.
But from the first moment we sat down with Suzanne we kind of knew she was the one. Purposefully not big and taking personal ownership of all the key points to ensure they are at the standard she wants. We never felt anything but being important in the process.
She came back with a very reasonable price range and suggestion of listing price & strategy. In less than 2 days we had 7 or 8 viewings and 3 offers. She got back to them and we ended up with an up-bid higher than the asking price. Did all the checks and gave us some solid feedback on the buyers and her thoughts and recommendations.
There has been absolutely no issues whatsoever - smoothest house sale we have ever had and would certainly use her again (if she fancies out of Coventry for us when the time comes)

From the minute we first spoke to Suzanne and she came to do a valuation ,we knew we didn’t want anyone else to sell our house.
Best decision we ever made.
Without her we would never have sold our house. She organised the whole chain, never stopped pushing and kept us informed throughout. She is so friendly, approachable and knowledgeable from her years of experience.
Suzanne is definitely not a 9 to 5 person, we had conversations at dawn through to late at night.
We know no house sale goes smoothly- ours certainly didn’t!- but she kept us calm and met every problem head on.
I cannot recommend Suzanne Regan highly enough. Estate agents like her are very rare and hard to find.

We were so happy dealing with Suzanne during our house move. Suzanne Regan wasn't even the estate agent we chose to sell our house (big mistake), the agent we chose was absolutely useless and made a trying time even more stressful. It really is a consuming and nerve racking process buying and selling a home and I was so grateful for the kind interactions, updates, advice and commitment Suzanne demonstrated throughout the process. Very down to earth, honest, and eager to get things moving in the right direction. After the experience we had we are not in a hurry to ever move house again - But if we did, we would definitely choose Suzanne to sell our house, and would hope the house we wanted was also being sold by her agency!

Suzanne managed to successfully complete our house sale after 3 previously unsuccessful attempts by other local/regional estate agencies. Suzanne was really helpful and personable throughout the process and went above and beyond to keep things moving during what turned out to be a challenging chain. I feel the difference in her approach is the level of communication which was by far superior to what we had experienced with other agencies who don’t seem to have the passion or care to drive the sale along once the initial sale is agreed. Found Suzanne Regan extremely helpful.I have recently completed on a bungalow sold through her agency and she kept her vendors and us well informed which helped enormously,as the vendor and myself are retired and it was our daughter's doing a lot of the communicating.The use of what's app meant we could have three way conversations and sort out details easily and make informed decisions.Dhr was particularly good at the end bringing the keys to my daughter as I had no transport.I would definitely recommend her agency especially for anyone needing a bit more practical assistance.

Suzzane, if this is her name, came and checked the property and told that I will receive the valuation on the same day. After 1 week I’ve called her and she rejected my phone call. I’ve send to her 2 messages which been seen by her ( Iphone ) and ignored and 2 emails which been ignored as well.
She doesn’t have a proper office and is ignoring all complaints.
I’ve used the phone number from her website to make the appointment.
I think is a scammer. Be careful

We chose Suzanne Regan because we had seen quite a few for sale boards up for her company in the local area. As soon as we met her we knew we were going to instruct her to sell our late father's house.
Although I had never met Suzanne before I have worked with many estate agents in the past, some good, some bad. Nothing more can be said that can recommend this company highly enough. Seemless from begining to end. You are in safe hands.

Suzanne is very different to other estate agents. You can always relay your thoughts and worries to her, and she will put your mind at rest. The marketing is absolutely fabulous, along with professional photographs to show your house off to its best potential. She even does a little video, with fab music too!. She also was very quick off the mark to get the viewings in...in fact we had a open house, in the evening, only 3 days after we went live! The same day we had 4 offers, and the next day we were sold. A fantastic agent, who goes the extra mile to get you the right results. Extremely happy. Would recommend highly. Very competitive fees for a great service. Very satisfied and happy.

Most agents are like conveyer belts, but Suzanne actually makes sure you get a high quality bespoke service.
A brilliant agent who looks after your needs and clearly communicates what is important for your situation.
I wasn't looking at the right houses and Suzanne asked me a few questions and then managed to find me the perfect property.

She had our house sold, for a fair more than we listed it for, within about a week. Very professional service. Suzanne is constantly available for discussions, updates and help as and when required - also uses what’s app so not always dealing with phone calls which works well for our busy family. We could not have asked for a better service! So much so I have encouraged my parents to list with her and so far they have had a great response and an offer on the property again in a very short space of time. Highly recommended!

Suzanne! Not really sure where to start! It’s been a journey!
We first met Suzanne in Aug 2020 when viewing a property she was selling and ended up choosing her for our house sale after considering our options.
From day one, she kept us informed on the progress of our sale and updated us after each viewing. She made sure changes were made to our listing on the back of viewing feedback, even looking at recording a video herself to help the sale.
After a number of delays and complex problems, Suzanne and I talked every day and she spent hours and hours chasing various parts of the chain including those other agents were supposed to be doing. She also assisted two other people in our chain with problems they were having, with no financial benefit for her.
I have no doubt that without her and our solicitor, this sale would have never gone through. Even if they both said they needed to sit in a dark room after our move ????
In May 2021, we finally moved and Suzanne was there with flowers in hand to congratulate us on our home move.
Not only did we have a personalised experience, but feel like we’ve made a friend who would do anything to help us out if needed.
Suzanne, you deserve every success with your growing business. Il be keeping an eye out for how you’re doing and will recommend you every chance I get ??
