Worst agency ever.
Ignore your requests and treated you like nothing.
Try to fine you or deduct your deposit for unreasonalble even ridiculous reasons.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. I have moved out for 3 months already not only they haven’t paid my deposit back they never pick up their phone and reply to Emails and have blocked me on WhatsApp . Absolutely the worst experience

At the beginning, I really thought it was a scam. Initially, they gave me a contract with a given fee in case of early interruption of the tenancy. Once I went to sign it, they had changed the fee to its double, without telling me. The apartment was not in good conditions and the broken things in the apartment were never changed. They didn't always answer emails and, when they did, they were not helpful. I would definitely advise against dealing with them.

The worst agency I ever delt with in my life, don't believe anything they say, lies in every word they said, not fixing anything went broken, Lady called Yasmin is very RUDE and doesn't care about anything but money, honestly terrible experience and I will never recommend to anyone, be careful guys please,

Very bad customer service !
The staff promise stuff to tenant but as soon as you've paid the deposit it is almost impossible to get in touch with them afterwards.

(Initially submitted the review to the letting agency (Right Room) but they called me and said it's EA property's responsibility.)
I lived in a flat for 2 months and paid all my rent in advance. When moving in the property was in horrible state, however when I left I cleaned it thoroughly.
After I left (30th August 2021) I could not get my deposit back for 2 and a half months. When I called the letting agency (Right Room) a few times they redirected me to the property manager (EA Property). When calling them they never picked up instead they would text me ocassionaly on WhatsApp saying 'It will be dealt with next Thursday' or 'Can you be patient'.
At the end I decided to go and pay for a Commisioner of Oath to sign and submit my Statutory declaration to the Deposit Protection Scheme(DPS). They failed to respond to it in 14 days so DPS paid the deposit back to me in full.
After submitting the review(17th November 2021) I suddenly started getting calls/texts from EA property saying that it's not their fault and how rude I am. But they would not tell me who is responsible so the review stays here. They insisted that they have been pushing for the deposit to be returned but note that I started the refund process in DPS myself(even though they claim they started it) and then I submitted the Statutory Declaration so not sure exactly what they did. Anyhow, I am the bad guy at the end.

Very happy with how fast the company had me move in. I had such a bad experience with the landlord i use to be with before EA property. They actually really helped me and i have now come to the end of my tenancy after 3 years of renting with them.Thank you EA !

When I called them, they have been rude and impolite in responding, and when I tried to ask more information they hung up and turned off the phone.
I do not suggest them.

Scammers.
Along with all the other negative reviews I agree with but also charged me cleaning fees when I left the flat immaculate.
Strong feeling that all the positive reviews are fake
