Absolutely unprofessional and rude. Do not trust that their agents can put forward your offer. They have miscommunicated with their landlord which ultimately cost us our potential flat. Do not rely on them in your search and keep your other options open. Even if they make a mistake you will be blamed for it. I would not recommend dealing with this agency.

I had such a good experience with Chloe, Jamie and team that I actually spoke of Huttons & Partners as a plus to renting the apartment I was moving out of when giving viewings to prospective tenants. Everything was smooth and hassle-free; whenever I had a problem they were always responsive and made sure it was resolved quickly and painlessly. After having several bad experiences with other estate agents in London (Waterfronts) and Dublin (Sherry Fitz) it was such a nice surprise to find one that was actually reliable and efficient. Would 100% rent through them again!

Jamie is an absolute rockstar. Very professional, pretty much always available and always willing to lend a hand to simplify things. He dealt with the sale of a shared ownership flat sold at 100%. Secured a buyer within the first three weeks, and gave me a precise roadmap from day 1. if it wasn’t for the conveyancing from the buyer which pretty much took ages, we would have managed to stick to it perfectly. Luckily he was always there to help during difficult situations ( and there was many in my case) and try to mitigate to get the best possible outcome to keep both sides happy. I would 100% recommend, Huttons and partner will be my choice for any future sale and purchase.

My experience isn't alright at all, first have the agent introduce a handy man came in group of 3, while I talked with one the others are damaging the thing inside the flat... well. They asked me to put down £2k for deposit but then play nasty, although it says cash buy but somehow I arrange the mortgage to have surveyor comes, and Jamie refuse to let them do the survey! No matter you are buyer or seller, avoid this agency as possible

Hutton and Partners was a really great experience in house purchasing. At the beginning they quickly organised second viewings, they kept lines of communication open throughout the process and had constant communication with solicitors which kept the process moving. I couldn’t recommend them more
