I really like Papa Johns pizzas and think they taste much better and fresh as compared to other places. This branch has great customer service. Always on time delivery and friendly staff
Only wish they bring vegetarian spinach alfredo pizzas as they do in other countries.

Pathetic customer service! Don't order from this poor store unless you want to wait 90+ minutes for a single pizza that will eventually turn out cold and worthless. Also, the staff members in the store don't answer the phone for 90 minutes and then answer finally only to talk to you in an unapologetic, rude tone. Worst experience. Please avoid ordering from here.

Worst location ever. Delivery was suposed to be at 1:00 and was delivered at 1:40 and cold.

I rarely leave reviews, but the pizza at this specific location was beyond bad. I ordered an XXL BBQ chicken - there was barely any chicken on the pizza, the chicken was not BBQ (they only used a BBQ sauce on top) and that was it. I was just eating a dough with cheese and a BBQ sauce. Will not go again.

1. With deals, it can be very cheap. Without deals, it can be relatively expensive.
2. The pre-ordered food is always ready on time.

I’m 4 years Custmer and the service not as before,I order almost every week and same guy always refuse to give offer that’s the company send text saying it’s not worth it but any other staff will do it for u but him keep argue I call the other branch and they done with no problem! U need to have same policy as big company! And I don’t care about 1,2 pound but once u send an offer u need to stand as a company behind and not to trick people to call!!!

Love my veggie pizza with a thin crust base. Love the service and the staff as well . I think my friyay nights are fun because of their lovely pizzas.
So I would definitely recommend trying Papa John's .. hot pepper passion is my personal favourite.. never disappoints me ..

This is my favourite pizza shop. The quality is great, the pizza taste so good that you always want to go back. The service is also excellent, people there are always helpful and kind when you have special requirements for pizza. Love it!

Had to wait a little while to be served, they had a burst water mains earlier in the day. Semi friendly staff, not greated with a smile or thanked for custom. Pizza was lovely though.

Whenever I come to this region, I drop in for a pizza to Papa John´s. Garlic bread is fantastic, to be hones: any pizza is great. I've never made the wrong choice. I can recommend, it is excellent here.

Always enjoy a pizza from papa John's. Their garlic bread is also good. We love the Greek or Hot pepper passion. However the other side options in veg are not that great. Non veg sides are good specially the chicken wings love them.

Shocked! I am a regular customer at papa johns and have never seen this new Asian girl working here before, yesterday when I entered the store I spotted her at the far back washing and cleaning, when she saw me she left the washing and came running and took my order with a huge smile on her face, she then took 2 phone call orders, helped the guys put pizzas and sides in the oven, mopped the floors, gave me my order and then went back to washing! Honestly so shocked and surprised with the customer service I have received from her! Every store needs a staff like her! Well done!

Ordered on a 'buy one get one free plus free Ben & Jerry's ice cream' deal. They forgot to include the ice cream. When I called to ask why they hadn't included the ice cream they tried every trick in the book to shift the blame over to me (even ridiculously trying to claim that there was a different deal that was 'buy one get one free - without free ice cream' - not true)!
They finally accepted that it was their mistake but flatly refused to put the situation right by sending the ice cream over to me even though I had paid for it.
Papa John's is a franchise, some franchises are obviously more customer-focused than others. Avoid this one.

Pizzas are ok, with a nice thin dough and fairly good taste at a reasonable price.
There are always offers so leaflet check is a must.
The place is supper small and mainly to take away but if it's sunny they have a few tables to eat outside.
Lacking a bit of choice on the drinks.
Service is quick but on a cardboard box.

Great quality pizzas and the staff is prompt and friendly. The service is quite fast depending on the time you order. The only downside is that they have revamped their menu and there is no way to order anything for delivery for less than £20. Very pricy when you're single.

I wish the range of pizza flavours was more varied. The 40% off deal is the best so at the least cost-benefit of £40.01 you pay £24 a saving of £16. The crusts are tastier than those of Domino's

I loved the pizza, as I choose my toppings and got the perfect one exactly as I wanted. Though I saw few law reviews for customer service but I haven’t experienced one. Moreover, I have been there around midnight but the service was as good as possible. I had a good experience overall. Enjoy ????

The delivery service from this branch of Papa John’s is extremely quick - have always been very happy with speed of the service.
Of course, that wouldn’t mean much if the food wasn’t decent, but fortunately the pizzas and the various sides have always been prepared to a high standard.
The delivery personnel are also cheerful and friendly.

I think they literally need to fire some stupid staff indeed. According to the reply to the picture I posted, I also ordered half-half with medium size and I did it.
However, I guess I might meet inequality in race and gender today while ordering. I am sure I said everything with English and pronounced them correctly. But the cashier kept asking What? What? What? during ordering, I am 100% sure it was not because of my speaking but my face. And I ordered sweet chilli sauce they gave me garlic sauce....
They tried their most to make inconvenience for their customers, especially the cashier. They do not deserve this job!!!

Misleading customer service!!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGE
Telling me there's no receipt and that the HALF AND HALF option is only available for XTRA Large??? are you serious?!
Then the server has the nerve to ask me "what's your problem?"

NOT HALAL and staff have been misleading customers for years on this even during Ramadan.
Today I was told NOTHING is halal.
Even the Vegetarian food has cross-contamination. Although Papa Johns in other areas is more trusted this branch cannot be trusted.
Muslims and Vegans/Vegetarians must avoid this place. I will spread the word - believe me on that one. Disgusting. They need to remove their V for vegetarian from all related food and have a sign up explaining it is not halal since this community is 40% Bengali and probably 50-60% Muslim. Shame on you.
And this isn’t an attempt to defame a company I’m genuinely appalled that people have served my friends and I for years and told me it is halal. I appreciate the honesty of the workers today but they kept blaming me as they do not have a halal certificate which isn’t required for Cheese & Tomato pizza.
Vegetarian food is Halal but you won’t find Halal certificates because there is no meat involved. That’s why Muslims can buy vegetarian food from everywhere as long as the servers explain whether there is cross-contamination.

I never been at the worst experience!!
Imagine, I ordered pizza from shop.
Deal was “buy one, get another one for free” and it works only if you taking large one and you will get same one for free..
So the guy came with a pizza and he gave me only one.. I said where’s the another one and he was like oh sorry and he gave me another one..
Cool, I came back home and he was calling because he gave me the whrong pizza...
I closed the doors and I locked my self..
I’m standing an hour at night with a uber driver who wants to get back his pizza and I’m freezing outside because of pappa johns, because they didn’t baked another one for free and driver though that two of pizzas he hot from them was belonging to me..

I called papa johns on the 18/8/18 around 1am I’m telling him my order 3 times because he is not comprehending my English and he became very rude and started raising his voice to me like he wanted to fight someone. I didn’t argue back because I was hungry and thirsty and it was the only place open. So the pizza came on time but it was incorrect so they botched my order which I wasn’t happy about and then the next day my stomach is acking and I was sick multiple times this morning and I’m not an ill person, so I’ve ever been food poisoned or something in the ingredients doesn’t agree with me , but either way I’d rather starve than go back there again.

Terrible service, called at 12:41 and spoke to the staff member to order a pizza. I actually made my order and he took the details. Once taking my order details including my delivery address he then took a few minutes and told me his manager said it’s now too late. I asked to speak to the manager and told him that online the store closes at 1am he said it’s too late after 12:45 I proceeded to ask him why he spent that time taking all my order details wasting my time he couldn’t answer and said sorry bye and cut the phone. This is both rude and disrespectful, I find this waste of time to be a terrible behaviour by staff members and staff. I would not reccomend people to order from here.
This has complelty put me off ordering from papa johns once the future.

Awfull customer service. Ordered pizza, after 2 hours was told they had a power cut. Pizza was never delivered and I am still trying to get my money back. Being ignored by management and Papa Johns corporate. Very dissapointed.

Nice place to order & collect the pizza. The average time to wait for your order is 10-15 minutes. They can improve the cleaning process of the cafe, as it seems dirty.

Sent the wrong pizza. Then when i rung an hour before they closed they picked up, then promptly hung up on me without saying a word. Then for the rest of the evening they didn't answer any phone calls. Shocking. And now I'm having to battle them to get a refund very very poor customer service.
