Has anyone been able to contact Tots To Travel recently or know if they are still in business? They are not replying to emails, phone numbers removed from website, and previous phone number now discontinued. They have not yet filed for administration, and not recognised on any of the travel agent associations (eg ABTA). Just seemingly disappeared with people's money... The founder is a lady called Wendy Shand who seems to be merrily active on LinkedIn but won't reply or communicate with her (former) customers. I sympathise with all independent companies in the travel industry during this very difficult pandemic, BUT there is a matter of ethics and decency to customers = people, and that's communication. Wendy & Tots to Travel seem to have completely ignored that.... Read more

Sent 10 emails to the company to rebook holiday following inability to travel due to COVID 19, with no response. This after the company refuted my section 75 for reimbursement through my credit card. Clearly do not care that the consumer is out of pocket by thousands of pounds... Read more

If ever you want to book a family friendly villa for a holiday I would strongly advise against ever using Tots To Travel. Having a holiday booked through them is one of the worst mistakes we as a family have ever made. The customer service is absolutely appalling. We wanted to postpone our holiday due to the change in advise from the FCO yesterday. We did not even want to get the money back and we were willing to even go out of season (when the FCO advise changed) but both Tots to Travel and the hosts of the villa, Hibou (located in Brittany, France) suddenly seemed to change their mind about allowing us to postpone. One would think in the current situation everyone finds themselves in, customer service and being accommodating would be right up there so that when the world returns to normality your business will thrive especially in the travel industry. Everything in the ‘About us’ section on the Tots to travel website is fabricated and does not stand true. I truly hope that anyone reading this post thinks twice about using Tots to travel and staying at the Hibou villa.... Read more

I can’t rate Tots highly enough. Firstly, they helped book us an amazing holiday that was going to be perfect for us. When the pandemic hit they have been so responsive and helpful. We were unable to go on our trip but we could always get hold of Tots to discuss our options and luckily the cancellation terms for our holiday meant we could get a refund. We will be rebooking with Tots as soon as we can.... Read more

Amazing large family holiday for 16 people including 7 children. From the moment we booked to all the emails we received before we arrived, the customer service team. Then the holiday itself every part was 5* and made for a truly magical family holiday. Tots and our hosts had thought of everything and if they hadn’t they were quickly able to resolve and deal with any issues we had. We have booked through TTT twice now. Cannot recommend them highly enough. The holiday accommodation was exactly as described. It was easy to talk to advisors and they were also responsive via email. You do pay a premium but for us it was worth it to know all the extras we needed for the kids was to hand.... Read more

Having been worried about a holiday with a toddler and a baby I needn’t have been. Green Garden resort has everything you need to keep small children entertained which leaves you to enjoy the sun and all the resort has to offer. Only criticism would be the food, although generally good and varied through the week it would have been a bit tired beyond this. Also not the best variety for veggies. Will happily return though as not a deal breaker as the rest of the resort and staff are brilliant. T2T were great throughout, especially the pre departure call to make sure everything was good to go.... Read more

Have had two fantastic holidays with Tots to Travel. Excellent customer service. A stress free holiday (which with a toddler I didn’t realise was possible). You won’t regret booking a holiday with this amazing company. They know how to ensure holidays are a dream for under 5’s yet also a welcome rest for parents. They will also proactively ensure you are well prepared and supported prior to your break. Worth every penny and more. Can’t recommend them enough.... Read more

We had our first holiday with Tots to Travel last year when we stayed at the Villacana Resort. The whole experience was brilliant from start ti finiah. Their agents are so helpful and knowledgeable. They did everything they could to help us find the best match for our family and budget. Fantastic customer service. The resort was fantastic. Very child friendly, plenty to do for us and the kids and most importantly fantastic staff who were so friendly and helpful. The apartment we had was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable with the added bonus of a lovely little garden. They had thought of everything you need for young children making it such an easy holiday. The whole family loved it and the kids, who were only 4 and 2 at the time, have asked about when they can go back regularly. We have already booked to go back next summer. We would highly recommend it and will definitely be looking at their other resorts in the future too.... Read more

Our first Tots to Travel holiday was so amazing... we booked another! We didn’t think that anything could beat the Green Garden Resort in Tenerife but then we experienced Hyde Park Lane in Lanzarote! With our own private villa just a stones throw away from the main resort we had the best of both worlds! Our children aged 4 and 2 had the most amazing, memorable holiday. We are now looking to book our third holiday with Tots to Travel for 2020. If you want a hassle-free, child friendly holiday with all the facilities you could dream of book with Tots to Travel! We have had 2 brilliant stays at Green Gardens Resort in Tenerife with our two young children. The resort is beautiful, and everything caters for children - from the set up of the rooms, to the play areas, kids activities and baby sitting services. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly - on our first visit our youngest son caught a virus and ended up in hospital for a couple of days; they were all so supportive and kind. Our eldest son really loves the kids’ play schedule, in particular the beach trip. We definitely recommend this holiday if you have children!... Read more

We went on a Tots to Travel holiday to Green Garden Resort at Eastertime with our 3 children aged 9 months, 8 and 6. From booking to the final moments, we honestly couldn’t fault a thing and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tots to Travel. Although you could book for the same accommodation through other tour operators, we would definitely only return through Tots to Travel - the attention to detail was fantastic and made our holiday perfect and stress free with our baby (and older 2). We had the best holiday at the Green Garden Resort booked through Tots to Travel. It felt completely stress free as the villa we had was toddler proof and had all of the equipment & accessories we could possibly have needed; all food/drink was included & we found the quality and selection fantastic; entertaining our 2 year old was effortless as the resort was a toddler paradise with so much to do; the location was amazing with the airport/beach/waterpark and various other attractions a very short drive away; and lastly but most importantly the staff were amazing and could not do enough for us! It was really easy to book through Tots and the information pack and customer service was excellent We will be booking again, the only question for us is when! Fantastic customer service when we booked with tots to travel for our holiday to Tenerife green garden resort. The little touches they provided at the resort such as toys for the kids, and all the amenities needed in the room with small children such as steriliser, travel for, potty etc. Even a baby bouncer when we asked! Really personal service and customer agents on the phone couldn’t do more to be more helpful. We had an amazing holiday in Tenerife and have booked the same holiday again through Tots in 2020! My family used Tots to Travel to find a toddler-safe holiday with a pool and everything we needed to amuse twin 2-year olds for 2-weeks. The web site is so easy to use and the staff were really helpful, e-mails at regular intervals and follow up phone calls, which made us feel extra special. Best holiday we have ever been on. It was easy with our two little ones and we all enjoyed it and I felt like I had a chance to relax too. My two (age 3 and 2) still talk about it now and keep asking to go back. We’re hoping to go back next year to Tenerife. The food was great too! And the shows were good in the evening. We had a brilliant week in tenerife this year with our 2 and a half yr old son thanks to tots to travel. The hotel had a tots boulevard with all sorts of activities and play areas, our room was really well thought out so had lots of space for us all and toys provided as well as all kit you could need. Staff at tots were really helpful before and during our stay, Getting in touch about kit to provide, transfers with car seats and all those little things that can be stressful with a child. Tots make travelling with young children an absolute breeze! To have all the kit you need ready and waiting at the accommodation (plus bits you hadn’t thought of) as well as toys and books, it really takes away any stress. Information regarding hotel was inaccurate. Stated 1.5km from town and supermarket, in fact was 2.7km. Paid over £1,000 could have booked direct for £600. Hotel was a golf resort, not a kids holiday resort. Customer service following feedback was awful. I could go on and on. AVOID AT ALL COSTS... Read more
