Great company & Great service highly recommended as a Landlord & Tenant.
I'm been a client with them for more than 4 years. The first time as a Tenant, it amazes me that they always send maintenance teams even in the same day on the Sundays!
This is a huge perk if you have a leak or other problems.
As a Landlord, they always look after my property very well, they are very proactive addressing always any trouble you can face as a Landlord, they also advice you very well! which shows that you are well look after.
All your Landlord documents are kept up to date & Their maintenance team is more than reliable with strong competitive prices.
This company is a great decision.

After trying to sell my house in Holland on Sea with two other agents without success we gave the guys (and girls) at Front a try. They were so different to the others, always stayed in touched and helped us with viewings as well. Found us a buyer and helped us organise everything as we work crazy shifts and didnt have the time.

This agency have dealt with my BTL and the Sale of it. I have always been able to get hold of them when needed and they were very professional and helpful. Competitive estate agent fees to for the sale so that's always a bonus. Would highly recommend.

Booked a viewing through this agency an hour away from where I live. Agent never turned up, when I phoned this office to enquire where he was they couldn't get hold of him and told us to "use our own descrection". Completely unhelpful and unprofessional. I can't believe they sell anything!!

I brought a house im clacton and these agents found a tenant for the house behind my house and there fence fell down early June they still haven't got it fixed. I am absolutely fuming at the moment I'm on holiday and I got told that my puppies escaped in to there garden whilst my family are staying at my house. All i get is that the property isn't managed it's down to the landlord. Well you found him the tenant and the tenant couldn't be nicer and it's not fair on her as she has young children. Either give me the landlords details and I'll contact them my selves or you do something. I am going to give you by the end of this week and I will be taken it further. I have to spend 400 to get a small fence to put into my garden so my puppies can go outside and this agents keeps telling me landlord manages property. Honestly I don't care who manages it i want it done. I have called you over 10 times and I will be calling you first thing tomorrow. If I lose my puppies through the lack of responsibility that you and your landlords have i will be taken this further. You have till Friday to sort this mess with your landlord and if it's not done I will take this matter further. No questions about it.

My name is Scott Pepper. I am one of the business owners so this isn't exactly a 'review'; more of a promise. You will see the following statement a lot on our website, leaflets, letterheads etc - "We assure you of our best service..."
The operative word in that promise is "we". I work in our Little Clacton base five days a week and I what I see when I look around at our team is commitment, dedication and professionalism. No one goes home at the bell if they're dealing with something.
Have a look at our website, look at the people you'll be dealing with, click on the links to our small print in the footer menu (it's very good), take a look at Rightmove to all of the houses we have for sale and have sold recently, but most importantly please pick up the phone to call us. If you like and trust us, employ our services.

Avoid at all costs - agency is run by dim-witted agents with one ring leader, Chris Cranwell. Refused to do a second viewing and told us a house was sold despite this not being true. Chris couldn't be bothered to travel twice to let us view the property again; that's how dedicated he is to customer service.
Can't see this agency being around for too long...enjoy the commission on what few properties you sell boys, it won't last long!
