In 12 weeks Only 1 Viewing no contact or feedback from the viewing, passed on to the Auction agent whos opening line "was well this has been an absolute disaster".
Not a good experience this was capped off after 14 weeks with a mandatory 4 weeks Notice period despite no action and after a short dialogue this was reduced to 3 weeks with no viewings and 2 lines of communication so i felt punitive action to stop me moving on to a different Agent.

Whirlwind.

Tom and Oliver were fantastic during the whole process of our move. Tom was very professional and polite during our viewings and made sure all of our questions were answered.
Oliver dealt with the paperwork side of things in the office for us and made sure all obstacles were overcome quickly and efficiently. Oliver was always on call and very quick in replying to emails.
Both very friendly, patient, helpful and professional! Highly recommend.

Been with william h brown 4 a while now an just recently i needed help with a few issues i had, i was dealing with sue at the start of this then sue unfortunately left an she passed me on 2 ollie who as helped me so much nothing was 2 much trouble for him i needed 2 call him a load of times throughout this an he was always available 2 talk 2 me an tell me where we was on this matter he as resolved it all 2day as he said he would an im so grateful 2 him, so thank u 2 ollie an william h brown

Having been a landlord for many years in the local area I’ve used and dealt with most of the local agents. It can be a challenge to find an agent you can completly trust but since using these guys I have been more than impressed, they keep me informed of exactly what’s going on and have always found me great tenants. Connells sold our property but continually misled us assuring us we would not pay duplicate agency fees. This was referred to the Ombudsman who ruled in favour of the 1st agent . As soon as the property was sold they demanded their money from head office and we paid as we thought the ruling would be in their favour. Connells should have referred the agency to the 1st Agent which was the ruling made by the Property Ombudsman.

A complete disregard for property and people. This agent has fixed their board for a property out of view. Fixed into my deceased fathers garden wall with the sign overhanging the garden. It looks like they are selling his house which they are not. And when fixing have deliberately knocked a chunk out of the wall so the sign will stand straight. Outrageous behaviour from people who obviously don't care.

Just (5/8/16) sold our clacton property with Connells. We're 300 miles away and had to leave Max and his team to use their own iniative and experience to market and sell the house. It sold in 3 days!!! With the use of a solicitors recommended by Connells the sale was very quick and completed in 10 weeks. Max and his team run a very smooth and efficient operation targeted at customer satisfaction and hassle free sales. One member of the team even went above and beyond and gave up his own family Sunday to assist in the closure. Thank you Oliver. Despite being 300 miles away we were always updated and never felt out of control, even when no news is good news. Definitely a service worthy of 5?.

I would particularly like to commend Sian Mills who was extremely helpful polite and eager to please. She found us a perfect bungalow for which we agreed a sale, however the vendors, sadly, pulled out. Following this, Sian found us another, just as good, if not better, the following week. She seemed to know exactly what would suit us. There is still a way to go to completion but we are hopeful of a satisfactory conclusion.
