Initial meeting and agreement of terms with the branch manager, Jaime Wass, was very good. However, subsequent dealings with his team were not good, with mistakes being made and very poor communication. I had tenants in the property at the time of putting my property up for sale, so a sensitive approach needed to be taken. Unfortunately, Haart failed to take account of this and some of its actions risked completing the sale successfully.... Read more
