The decision to use Peagrams Estate Agency to sell our Dads house for us was an easy one. Right from the start they proved to be open and honest about their working practices, ethics, fees, and what we could expect from them as our agent.
Colin and the team handled the sale of our Dads house with care and sensitivity, allowing Dad to feel as much a part of the process as we were.
We were fortunate not to be involved in a long chain, which kept the sale process fairly short, however Peagrams did not cut any corners and were true professionals throughout. We would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.
