Basically I took a new contract with you after suffering,with the provider Virgin which I endured years of years of rubbish service from them. Switching me off for money. When I rang BT they said would pay virgin off to the total amount of £250 which they never paid them. I ended up with a debt agency letter which I emailed to your company. Yep it was squashed and virgin just emailed me asking for their equipment. Picked up deal and contract ended. I raised my first complaint when I had ordered my service you sent equipment but not a technician to fit!!! I called numerous times and even had to buy data as no WiFi!! Yeah eventually a guy come out no I couldn’t fit it it’s ridiculous. I raised my first complaint and received some money back. Today I wake up and no WiFi I’m like why!! So I rang oh you owe us one month payment really!! Just like virgin aren’t you!! I paid it and guess what no WiFi on so another call to the company!! You messed the settings up on the router and I’m on the phone whilst I put a pin in the back to reset ???? Then had to reset my settings on my iPhone it’s ridiculous because turning off crashes everything as I know. Totally unacceptable and another complaint goes in today. That transfer money needs to be in my BT account not paid to debt agency or virgin as instructed in my gmail today to BT. I’m registered disabled and on benefits thanks a lot really!!!!! So I don’t recommend you. I only commenced my contract with you earlier this year. I will be raising this with CAB.... Read more

This place has an amazing canteen which serves excellent food at a super cheap price point. Loved working here as a transformation coach, helping take BT through a very interesting process of self change. This building is somewhat old and outdated but at a very iconic location overall and has history with Marconi testing his inventions there.... Read more
