We've instructed Thomas Michael twice over a 4 year period to find suitable tenants for our apartment. On both occasions the service Tom provided was excellent - great communication and an attention to detail. We also appreciated his knowledge of the market and realistic rental evaluation. We would certainly use the agency again and highly recommend them.

Tom has been my agent for a number of years now. He is professional, approachable, proactive, has up to date knowledge and a realistic view of the market, esp. in difficult situations during Covid lockdown. In the shortest possible time Thomas Michael Estate Agents helped me find a nice flat in the City within the desired budget. High professionalism, excellent customer service that goes extra mile and efficiency is what makes them stand out of many other real estates agents. Would definitely contact them again once my rent is over. Can't recommend them enough!

DO NOT USE THEM! Unreliable, unreasonable and lack of integrity!!!
Not a transparent, honest agency! Used us as a back up choice, led us on and wasted so much of our time by purposing endless questions without proceeding any further. Rejected our offer at the end without explanation. We had to chase him down soooo much to get his different excuses eg. We weren’t replying quick enough, we didn’t provide documents etc. But the truth was he never asked for any and he did not follow any procedure whatsoever.
He lied about having another offer already, and led us on still. No integrity whatsoever! Do not use them if you don’t want to waste your time!!
