I often read reviews that begin with "I never usually write reviews..." and have to admit that is me all over! However, I feel absolutely compelled to write a review for John Ray based on the incredibly outstanding service he has provided. To say nothing is too much for John would be an absolute understatement. John has taken my calls outside of office hours, on the weekend and essentially anytime I have needed him! Again to say John goes the extra mile would be an understatement. John took the time to ask pertinent questions in order to fully understand our situation and has always explained everything to us every step of the way. He is extremely thorough which is so very reassuring for both the vendor and purchaser alike. He is completely honest, transparent and empathetic. I just wish all estate agents were more like John!

Avoid this agency. My husband and myself tried to purchase a property that this agent was selling. They were extremely rude and obnoxious. We were eventually left out of pocket by well over a thousand pounds. I would not use them to sell or to purchase from.

Clint recently handled the sale of a property for a family member. We couldn’t be more grateful for all the work put in by all the team at Fine and Country, but especially by Clint. He guided us through the process (which was tricky at times!) with professionalism and a well-needed sense of humour. Both of which were greatly appreciated!

This is the ultimate estate agency. They have the most up to date methods of selling our property. They use drones for aerial shots and record all the details in UHD video - 360 degrees. Their agents are a real pleasure to deal with.

Liars and shysters. They collaborate with sellers to trick buyers into bidding wars following their phoney open days and when you are near completion they will ask you to up your offer or lose the property leaving you with your conveyancing and solicitors bill for nothing. Their agents are all self-employed commission-only and desperate for your cash

Useless estate agent. They forget details, don't know who you are when you've met them so may times before. Rely on old tricks to drive up the price of the property. One of them tried to tell me the cost of a property is NOT based on what the market will pay for it. Idiot.

A plant
We have just had the worst experiance.
We have paid £900 for a cheesy vidieo & glossy brochure.
The sales agents do not comunicate with each other or the client.
Phone calls & ? Not returned.in 1 instance 4 days & clint went on holiday for a month not returning call prior to going
Rachel & laurence very personable but still no action when we complained.
Will not be recommending & have wasted £900 better spent else where.
There does not appear to be any leadership or comit ment to the client who at the end of the day are paying a high premiunm for nothing.

Fine and Country approached me when we received planning permission. We felt very comfortable with them selling our property, they both sold and we purchased another property through them. They have been great. Always on the other end of the phone what ever time. Thank you Leon and Rebecca for all your help.

The worst estate agent to buy from. Misled throughout the process not once but twice in one year. They appear kind with their words but stab you on the back.
