Very professional service from both Rachel and Martin right from the first meeting. They kept us fully up to date with feedback from viewings and once a buyer had been found Martin in particular was very reassuring and kept the lines of communication open at all times during a rather drawn out period of legal exchanges. He was always willing to offer advice, worked proactively with both sides to get the sale over the line and at times his sense of humour provided some welcome stress relief. Deal of the property had already been made under the table, yet still was going ahead with final offers when clearly we had offered £200k above asking price yet we still were unsuccessful. We first had Rachel and Martin out to value our property and I can honestly say they were the best out of the three we saw however they weren’t the cheapest and we made the mistake of going with the lower fee. Fast forward 4 months and we are no further forward with our sale. We called them back and they did an open house and found us a buyer really quickly. They sold it for more than we had it on the market for with the previous agent so the fees weren’t an issue.
