I don't know what to say other than Harriet is absolutely truly, truly brilliant at what she does. I made the mistake of initially using Harper's and Hurlingham in Cranbrook to sell my property and then after nearly 9 months without a sale I marketed with Harriet at Fine and Country's Cranbrook office. Within a week Harriet had more viewings on my property than Harper's and Hurlingham had done within 9 months. I received two offers on the property within a month. Harriet has gone way above and beyond and is absolutely exceptional at her job, I honestly cannot thank her for everything that she has done or recommend her enough!! Harriet is an absolute star!! These reviews do not reflect our experience. After talking a good fight - we heard little or nothing from this estate agent. Calls were not returned and our emails went unanswered. No contact for 4 months. Despite our paying their £600.00 signing on fee the services was dire - at the only (badly qualified) viewing in six months the rep was late and couldn't remember the clients name. Shocking service all round. We truly regret wasting our time and money with these people.... Read more

It is an over use phrase that people use to 'go the extra mile', but for Fine & Country Cranbrook it certainly applies. The service received from F&C, Cranbrook has been quite outstanding. They have helped every step of the way. We, hopefully, only move house a few times in our lives but if I ever move again then F&C, Cranbrook would be my first and only choice !!... Read more

I placed Boarden Cottage on the market in February 2018 with a local estate agent & had just one viewing in 16 weeks. Appalling. I then switched to Fine & Country in June & at last there were several viewings. However, the major change occurred when Harriet arrived on the scene. My house had a major drawback in the eyes of many - travellers in an adjacent field - but suddenly I was almost overwhelmed with viewings. Indeed, Harriet once jokingly remarked that my house was using up all her staff resources! And, at last, a buyer who had rejected the house a few weeks earlier for the wrong reason (control of ragwort) was persuaded to return & ended up being the buyer. Harriet was in regular contact with me throughout & really stirred the solicitors into action resulting in a faster than usual exchange & completion. Her assistant Rebecca needs a mention here too as she was very much "on the ball" too. I would & will recommend Fine & Country.... Read more
