I would like to thank the Savills, Cranbrook, team for all that they did to secure the successful sale of my Mother's house. After losing our first buyer unexpectedly, they went into overdrive, and in a matter of days they found another buyer who is completing at the end of February, 2024. Leanne, Russell and Sarah kept in touch at all times and were excellent in organising all the required aspects of the sale. Leanne, who was the conveyancer, dealt with all the enquiries very professionally. We cannot thank Savills, Cranbrook, enough for all their courtesy and expertise.

We instructed Sarah Hunt to handle the sale of my parents house. She was absolutely fantastic and we are very grateful to her. She was always responsive to emails & calls but more than that she took the initiative. She chased up the solicitors, recommended a drainage expert and drove the matter to completion. She worked very hard on our behalf and we couldn’t have asked for more.

We have recently used Savills (Cranbrook) for both our Sale & purchase, Lead by Sarah H, the service provided has been exceptional !
We were previously marketing our sale with another agent however we we're frustrated with the poor communication and lack of progress so decided to swap to Savills, this was the best decision we made, Sarah H was fantastic , always keeping us informed and went above and beyond to assist with both our sale and purchase, professional and extremely patience when our chain was challenging at times - very grateful to Sarah and the Team at Savills for making it possible & very much looking forward to enjoying our new home :)
