This agency is simply ridiculous. I have yet to see a property for sale on their books that doesn't look SUBSTANTIALLY over priced. My wife and I were considering a property in the area that this agency deals with but have refused to even consider any of their properties as they are so over valued. We have done extensive research of the area that they deal with and can only come to this conclusion!! SUCH a shame as there have been a number of properties we would of actually considered buying had they not been so ridiculously valued.... Read more

I have been absolutely appalled by this company and i would advise anyone not to buy or sell with this estate agent. Communication has been atrocious for example one email and six phone calls later, the person in question still has not got back to me. They are totally incompetent and i don't say this lightly. Staff showed little interest in caring about us and our situation. This estate agent DOES NOT do what they promise they would. Proceed with extreme caution and be prepared to be very disappointed and let down. I never write negative reviews but on this occasion i feel that i have a responsibility to let people know.... Pleasant at first, naturally. Suggested a much, MUCH higher figure than any competitor, which was later denied. First four emails received no replies. Two messages with colleagues asking for calls to be returned ignored. Very haughty tone of person answering phone. Terms of contract did not resemble initial suggested marketing strategy. Moving in was a perfect experiance with harpers. Not a single problem during the tenancy. The property was handed back to almost exact condition as per ineventory. But because we didnt have a professional cleaner in (with invoice) they decided to charge us out of our deposit. Clare who is extreamly rude an abrupt....has no clue on how to speak to customers. She even hung up on me because i was enquiring to were my deposit is. Be very carefull of after your tenancy with this company. They take as much money from you as they can. Still waiting for my deposit 3 weeks later. I would have given 5 stars if it wasnt for Clare and her rude ness. Such as shame.... I spent 3 days cleaning the property. Even the Landlord verbally told me there was only 3 things that still needed Cleaning. Shower screen, minor oven and a mop. Our Landlord was fantasic. He has agreed to pay half its just a shame they rip both parties off at the end of the tenancy. Hopefully, they will fire her and replace with some one more professional who actually cares about their job wants to help. If any one would like to see my check in and check out inventory i would be happy to provide these. I will Edit this if my money reaches my account today and if Clare is displined for her actions....
