From the first valuation visit to the day of completion, they were incredibly supportive, clear and quick to offer options, guidance and ways forward. Debbie, Nikki and Paula were all a pleasure to work with throughout the process, consistently keeping us in the loop and fully updated on progress, whilst going out of their way to meticulously respond to any queries we had. As first time buyers, we were incredibly nervous to go through the process but it was actually plain sailing with the F&C team!

From the first contact over the phone to the viewings and subsequent sale of the property to myself, Rachel and the whole team at F&C have been amazing to deal with and professionally excellent. Rachel was understanding of my position as a buyer and really relaid that the vendors which lead to the acceptance of offer that all parties are very happy with. It has been a great example of how to deal with both parties involved equally to maximise the outcome for both. Couldn’t recommend enough!

FnC Leicester marketed property very well, got us lots of viewings but this should be expected as fees are definitely at the higher end.
Unfortunately due to change in agents during the process, service was a little choppy but they recovered well.
The agent we had in the end, Alia, was worth her weight in gold, she pushed till the very end until the sale crossed the line; professional, positive and full of energy:)
