Adam Lake from Forge provided great advice and answered a lot of the questions I had even though his agency did not have a suitable property for us. Will certainly engage with them in the future.

Without a doubt the best estate agents you'll find in the area. Aaron & Adam have been amazing to liaise with during the sale of our property. At the start we were wondering why pay the agents' fee and if we could do it ourselves, but having now seen how hard they have worked for us, how well written and clear their communications are, and how friendly and supportive they have been throughout, we're thrilled that we decided to go with them.
Moving house is very stressful, and we have had lots of hiccups during the process, but Aaron has kept on top of everybody, providing me almost daily updates with where things are with the chain. I have never once felt out of the loop.
All the other agents we spoke to at the start were filled with bravado and very salesman-y (if that makes sense) which put me off. Aaron and Adam are very friendly, humble and down to Earth and it's been a pleasure dealing with them.
Forge Homes are a great estate agents and I highly recommend them.

Aaron & Adam were fantastic all the way through. They didn’t have a great presence in the Flitch Green area before we appointed them but, we are really pleased we went with them. Where they said the value was and the numbers we had through the door was really good, as were the photos. Their attention to detail and experience was such a help. They knew what we had to do before the solicitors did and saved us a good few weeks in the process. They pushed and definitely helped us get in our new home before Christmas.
Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Really nice guys and would use them again tomorrow.

Both Adam & Aaron are professional and they promptly assisted us to find a beautiful house in UK before we landed. During the online house viewing, Adam had provided useful information about the house and patiently answered our enquiries.
