Very unhappy, ordered gutter helmet on 8-6 changed the color the next day, was told i would receive a new contract with the new color, i did not, approx 1 week later i called my sale consultant Lee Guerrero to make sure all was ok with color change, did not receive a response, the next week i emailed him and still did not receive a response. Then unfortunately i had to canx my order for financial reasons and was told i would NOT receive my deposit back because i had to cancel within 3 days. I tried to explain i had a financial problem, they did not want to hear it. I then explained i never received a correct contract, but they told me that did not matter. They explained they needed to keep the deposit for materials. I explained if they ordered the materials, they were wrong because they still had the old contract. They were not willing to negotiate at all! I find it crazy that the day i cancelled i finally heard back from my sales consultant immediately.

Andrew valued our house, and Mark did the viewings. After that I mainly dealt with Rebecca and Jane who were both fantastic and helped me through the sale. Selling a house is a traumatic time, but I was always able to speak to somebody at the office, even during the various lockdowns we have had. I wish all estate agents were like this.

We can highly recommend Lednors and all the team who have all been involved with selling my late father's home. Their communication is exceptional, keeping us informed throughout the sale and helping and giving excellent advice along the way.
There was always someone available to go to the house for viewings which took the pressure off us, especially as the house was not even in the same town.
Nothing was too much trouble and we would often pop into the office when passing. They always made us feel welcome and made time for us even though they were busy. They are all very friendly.
They recommended two solicitors to deal with the sale and deal with the probate who were also very good.
So if you want a decent estate agent who are honest and very helpful then use Lednors.

We initially used an online website to sell our property, however this was not the best thing to do for us as we felt out of control, and had no idea of the quantity of viewers and we also felt there were serious security issues around who was looking at our property
When we found a property to buy that was already for sale with Lednor, we decided to switch to them in the hope that they would work hard to sell our home. They worked quickly and we secured a buyer and our new home too
We have received fantastic service from every member of the Lednor team and we can not recommend them highly enough.
It has taken a while to exchange as there were 5 in our chain but we got there with the help of Lednor
We wouldn't hesitate to use Lednor again and would highly recommend their services
