22nd Oct 2024 (13 weeks ago)Rosy OBrien’s professionalism is astounding. She gave me audience, and all the support I needed. The most gripping part of her is the effort that she put in her job. Rosy did a great job for making me secure my apartment even though I had no hope after the viewing due to the high rate rush of other people coming for the house. Rosy OBrien’s literally made everyone felt loved and hopeful but stated clearly that it’s based on first come first serve when you provide all the information required. The passion in which she has in servicing her clients needs to be applauded. Rosy, thank you for your continuous communication, follow up; patience with my mistakes, lol; I appreciate you so much and your team as well.

A big thanks to Nesilda, who has always been available to assist with any queries and was incredibly accommodating when I was eager to view a property but the viewing times did not match. 23rd Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Raphael was absolutely brilliant. We had a very tight deadline by which to get our house under offer and he got us a great offer by the deadline. He kept us updated throughout the process and he was really pleasant to our small children, making them at ease when there were so many people looking round the house. He did a great job and we are so grateful to him.

We are very happy with our new house and are extremely happy that we went through this process with Wright and Co in Sawbridgeworth. Highly recommend this company! Nothing is too silly of a question or query and I tend to have a lot of them.

Mine was a difficult case with different pieces of puzzle scattered and Billy through his knowledge and experience helped me get the right picture on the case. He showcased true professionalism and with his knowledge made things easier for me to buy a property. I appreciate all his efforts and highly recommend him or Noble to buy/sell your property.

21st Oct 2024 (13 weeks ago)Never been so mistreated in my life. The house was filthy when we got there. When we emailed to ask that the tenancy agreement be changed to say we didn’t need the house cleaned to a professional level when we left, Debbie replied by saying how dare we suggest we don’t have to clean when we leave. Eventually we made sure we had it in writing that we could leave it in the same state when we left. However, at the end of the tenancy our landlord went out of his way to try and charge us for a cleaner, despite us actually leaving it in a much improved state. He eventually backed down because it was of course ridiculous, but still charged us for cleaning windows and cutting grass which were in worse states when we arrived (he also charged £100 just to cut a small patch of grass and clean four windows). We were left multiple nights without heating in -3 temperatures with a baby. We suggested what we thought the issue was and were told by the landlord it definitely wasn’t that - it transpired it was that (simply a quick fix of flicking a button outside), and were charged £80 for the boiler man he insisted we needed. When we suggested he pay or at least split the bill with us, he threatened to take us to court. Our shower didn’t work for weeks but were told it wasn’t a priority because we ‘had a bath’. After 2 weeks waiting we were told it just needed cleaning - it didn’t and after 3 weeks it was eventually replaced. We also didn’t have our allocated parking space for almost 6 months because the landlord wouldn’t make a sign. In the end it took us months to get our deposit back, and emails asking where it was were ignored. All of the above was made so much worse by Leaders incompetence. They must truly go out of their way to find the most evil landlords. Absolutely avoid this estate agent at all cost, and avoid renting on Silver Street, Stansted, as it appears many of the houses are owned by our landlord, who will use any opportunity to take all of your money.
