They sold our Property at full asking price and exactly as he had valued. Kelvin then took over for the Progression and he is worth his weight in gold. He constantly keeps you updated, sorts small issues before they become problems and even helpful when things aren’t even related to your sale! Everyone needs a Kelvin helping them! When we found Sunnybank we knew it was our forever family home. Foundation were very accommodating and professional while viewing the house and everything was completed in a relaxed manner without any pushy sales. Once we sold and were able to put in an offer, the communication was excellent and you were never left waiting for an answer for long. It took a while, due to our first buyer pulling out late but luckily were able to secure another sale quickly. This time we have exchanged and couldn't be happier. Foundation are an excellent company and i would recommend them to anyone interested in selling a home. "A life boat in the turbulent sea of real estate!!" Truly a pleasure to deal with... To my mind, no other agency can compete!!! Don't be fooled, we are not estate agency novices, we have sold and bought one or two properties before leading us to somehow come to expect arrogant and shoddy response from our agencies. I came to believe patronising was the first language of estate agents and held them on the social scale around the level of parking wardens.. Fortunately things can be different, If I was a religious man I'd compare Foundation to the ARK, a life boat in the turbulent sea of real estate!!
