His colleagues were equally lovely and stepped in when Joe was away so I received an excellent and seamless service. Couldn’t recommend them more highly

I live under UC and was so hard found acomudation walking from agency to agency . But with MANN was resolved in week time . Thanks Jazmyn Dennis for all your kind support and communication. 20th Jan 2026 (19 days ago)My husband and I used Estate Agents, Hawksford James in Sittingbourne to sell our house, which was also in Sittingbourne. We found all the staff that we had met helpful and polite. The staff, with whom we mainly had contact with, were Angela and Lee. Both of these ladies were courteous, thoughtful and helpful throughout all of the time we were attempting to sell our house. Although they sent quite a few potential buyers to see our house, it was quite a while before it was actually sold. A lot of the prospective buyers seemed to like the property, but it wasn't quite right for them. However, although I was feeling a little frustrated that the property was not selling, the ladies were encouraging, and were confident it would happen eventually. They were supportive and kept us informed all of the time about their endeavours to bring viewers in to look round the property. When my husband and I telephoned them or visited their office, both were very helpful and reassuring. After a while the house was sold, and we found our new ideal home . We would not hesitate to use them again, should we decide to move anymore. The best Estate Agents we have ever had in four house moves! We would recommend them without any doubt. 2nd Jan 2026 (5 weeks ago)Absolutely Fabulous. So pleased we chose F&C. Michael, Emma and Karen were fantastic. Exceptionally professional every step of the way. Managed to secure full asking price from the first person through the door. Massive shout to Michael Commons who went over and above to get the sale over the line. Communication was second to none. Would always pick up the phone or respond to emails promptly. Managed a difficult situation at a stressful time when all around them others failed. They may not be the cheapest but they certainly are the best. It’s a false economy to go with alternatives. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking to sell. You will not be disappointed.
30th Jan 2026 (9 days ago)Used Louis and team to sell my property. No sales bull on first meet, just straight honest advice and clear pricing. The house was sold fast at the right anticipated price. Anytime during the process I needed Louis to prod the buyer or solicitor he was all over it. He was a pleasure to deal with who delivered exactly what he said he would. Unlike the previous agent with the red boarding who royally screwed things up. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Hindhead again next time.

5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)The team were very friendly and helpful. It wasn’t a good time to sell but they set our expectations and kept us in the loop an appropriate amount. We couldn’t sell so it is hard to judge the agents’ performance across the whole process. The viewings we had were not particularly productive - a few of them could have been avoided by some simple questions about budget and some information about the house and area, which would have saved us the stress of a pointless viewing.
1st Jan 2026 (5 weeks ago)I'm tough cookie to please and I am not one to usually leave reviews, but I want to shout from the rooftops at how amazing Christine has been. As a fellow estate agent it's not often us agents unite and work together, our industry is very money orientated and commission driven and at times can be very one sided. This hasn't been the case with Christine. From the moment we first spoke and aligned our chain I knew I was dealing with a seasoned professional. The number of dull unmotivated and uninspiring agents I've spoken in my 16-year career is unbelievable.....Speaking to Christine on the other hand has been so refreshing! Christine is polite, well-mannered, bubbly and genuinely cares about her job role, her customers and doing things correctly. Without Christine the last 4 months would have been hell and to be honest if it wasn't for Christine the whole chain would have ?collapsed weeks ago. All I have to say she is an integral part of the business and credit where credit due! Thank you Christine!

In 2025 David Godwin managed the whole sales process for a property in Canterbury, and as we are based in London, David really went the extra mile. His "hands on" approach was very helpful, communicating effectively between buyer, buyer's solicitors, and our management company on our behalf. A big thank you from us.

2nd Feb 2026 (6 days ago)Since the initial viewing of the property, completing forms, documents and getting the keys the communication from the team has been brilliant. They have been prompt in their replies, always friendly both in emails and phone calls and reassuring to any queries I have had. Lashiya has been brilliant at communicating clearly and helping me to understand the processes involved, as well as Amy for initially showing me the property and Elli for communication regarding an electrical issue. Within a couple of days everything has been resolved and as a first time tenant I feel supported and listened to during this step of independence. Thankyou all.

Having both bought and sold houses with Catal and the team at Woodward & Bishopp over the years I recommend them wholeheartedly to everyone looking to buy or sell. They're quick to respond, proactive in booking in viewings or improving your listing, feedback is clear and they share their expertise throughout the journey. I also find it great to have actual grownups looking after you and your house sale/purchase, who have bought and sold their own properties and who understand the process inside and out.

27th Jan 2026 (12 days ago)Zest were a smaller business when we first found them. We'd had a bad experience with a previous agent so really wanted to find someone efficient and trustworthy. Zest were so good, and looked after us as landlords and looked after our tenants so well, that we took our other properties to them as well. They work diligently, they are trustworthy and they are very efficient. They keep me up to date on current regulations and ensure that all our tenants are comfortable and well looked after. I cannot rate them highly enough, there should be an option for six stars.
