Kirsty managed to secure our buyer soon after our house went on the market, even being available to show clients around when we was out of the country. When sales progression became stressful, Kirsty always made herself available to assist in anyway she could to help us through this time. Her dedication to her role and helping us to address any queries we had helped us to remain focused on our end goal of selling our property, allowing us to move on to our next much wanted purchase. Kirsty is a real credit to CR Real Estates.
17th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.
26th Jan 2024 (13 weeks ago)Whilst they did not sell the house as quickly as I would have liked they did eventually achieve a price acceptable to us. The market was very difficult at this time and the continual increase in interest rates did not help - not warranted in my view. All Foundation staff were very helpful, pleasant and professional.
8th Apr 2024 (16 days ago)I think selling a home is stressful. Also, I find people who make appointments to view your home as we all think to view as potential buyers Often time wasting to walk around your home but can't even respond after viewing, yet you change your plans on a bank holiday to accommodate them. It does make me wonder if it is about looking for a potential house or something else more concerning that makes you wonder. We recently reduced our property by £25k infact 5 years ago was worth that reduced price then. Our house has room for 4/5 cars off road parking ready to move into, not like some I have seen. And yes, it's 130 year old cottage but with great character and a warmth to it clean and tidy has had new wet room,new windows, new boiler new kitchen and in great decorative order inside and out. I get the impression buyers want a house for nothing. I feel estate agents should show responsibility in obtaining reviews, but having said that potential time wasters waste everyones time, most lie anyway. The funny thing is that I dont get about brand new houses . No one gets a reduced price from their asking price, and no one's says I buy it £25k cheaper than what their markets offer to you. Do they! I find agents maket your property at a price they first give, then ask you to reduce it weeks later, which is always concerning. I believe agents try very hard to sell your homes, but have to rely on what they are told in terms of property where's its situated what's important and true price and what they can afford.
14th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Our property was with G&C for 17 months in total and sold at the third attempt. Online marketing of the property was excellent, although the initial valuation was over priced and set unrealistic expectations. Hollie, Kirstie & Lyndsey went above and beyond to get the sale, accomodating buyer requests for multiple visits etc. However, I think high staff turnover did not help the sale and at times we would have benefitted from a dedicated Expediter in branch.

They definitely made the purchasing process as pain-free as possible. Communicating with Quarters was easy and efficient. From a buyers perspective they offered top notch customer service. If I was contemplating selling my house Quarters would probably be my first option for an estate agent.

5th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)The team were very friendly and helpful. It wasn’t a good time to sell but they set our expectations and kept us in the loop an appropriate amount. We couldn’t sell so it is hard to judge the agents’ performance across the whole process. The viewings we had were not particularly productive - a few of them could have been avoided by some simple questions about budget and some information about the house and area, which would have saved us the stress of a pointless viewing.

15th Apr 2024 (9 days ago)My worst estate agent experience EVER. Signed them to sell house and owing to a mysterious disappearance of the sales rep who came out we were forgotten. Emails and phone messages not responded to in a timely manner and in some cases not responded to at all. Do not use. I am a reputable author and also property developer and I know all about the property business. Suggest read other poor reviews as concur.

We were kept up to date every step of the way. Without their friendly help, we might have given up all thoughts of selling/buying. Highly recommended!
23rd Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)No communication, failed to turn up for the two viewings they had arranged and told the estate agent of the property we are buying that our purchase had pulled out before they told us. This one full week after they were informed about the loss of sale costing us the price of a survey. Very poor.

He was knowledgeable about the area, and had a list of benefits re our house that would be relevant to prospective purchasers. We had no hesitation in choosing them over the other agents that we saw. A few months on we've sold the house and have the perfect buyer - fabulous! A very happy customer.... :-)
29th Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)When purchasing my house, Mr Bishopp was very helpful, calm and a useful negotiator when dealing with a difficult situation with my buyer that he resolved. They are very professional, responsive, honest and believe in good customer relations which is a breath of fresh air when dealing with estate agents. Would definitely recommend to use them if your thinking of buying or selling in Whitstable.

My 20 year old sister rents from them and has had nothing but problems with mould and damp and they don’t care and are now threatening her saying she has to leave in 2 weeks or stay for the full tenancy in the disgusting property. She has had 6+ contractors in to view the mould because the landlord is to tight to pay for any works they just keep sending more people. They work with rogue landlords and do not care about there tenants. Carly Cleary is the one my sister has been dealing with, she lacks customer service and is threatening a 20 year old who is renting there first property still paying full rent. They are telling her she has to leave her furniture outside for 3 weeks and if it gets damaged or stolen it’s her problem for them to fix the issues. The council are involved and they are past the deadline for it to be fixed. Honestly appalling company and we will take it as far as we need to, no one should have to live in a property with this many issues, paying full rent and having to be home to let people on constantly it’s a joke!
