17th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

13th Sep 2024 (18 weeks ago)We rented a place with Martin and co. for two years, the whole time they were professional and responded quickly and informatively if we had any problems. When the property we were in was being sold by the landlord they were very quick to let us know as well as being helpful and supportive in the process of moving out. The property itself was in very good condition when we moved in and in a wonderful location. Only reason not at 5 stars is there were a couple of maintenance issues that were never sorted but they did not have major impacts of quality of living there so I'm not too mad, and a slight delay in return of deposit but nothing concerning. Absolutely one of the best letting agencies I have used and I have used quite a lot!

Had our house on the market and sold within a week, any questions we had or any chasing of the solicitors needed Davina, Paul and other staff was quick to have everything answered and sorted out. Thank you all so much x Will 100% be using you again.

I can honestly say that this was the best decision in choosing Quarters to sell my mother’s property. There was no hard sell when I initially met Gavin upon deciding on an agent for selling mums bungalow. I also liked the fact it was a small friendly team. During these last few months, the team worked together really well, with superb communication throughout. They certainly delivered above and beyond expectations. 2nd Nov 2024 (11 weeks ago)My family have been connected with a house in Tankerton since the late 1800s and have owned it, through 3 generations, since 1945. Rather reluctantly we had taken the decision to sell it and requested quotations from several local Estate Agents. Christopher Hodgson provided the highest quote so we visited them and were struck immediately by the sheer professionalism of the firm led from the front by Will Raolfe. He was knowledgeable, approachable and responded to any queries we had quickly and efficiently. He was instrumental in driving the whole process forward and was constantly in touch with both sets of solicitors. Whenever I was worried about any aspect of the sale he was able to provide sensible and helpful advice. Without this I am sure we would have not achieved the result that we did. I should add that every member of his staff with whom we had dealings acted in a friendly and helpful manner and I felt that we really were in the hands of a truly excellent company. I can recommend Christopher Hodgson without hesitation.

9th Jan 2025 (6 days ago)I wasn’t told about any viewings unless I asked Someone did make an offer which we accepted, but the agent has failed to get the house sold. Total waste of 4 1/2 months with them.
26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.
23rd Aug 2023 (1 year ago)No communication, failed to turn up for the two viewings they had arranged and told the estate agent of the property we are buying that our purchase had pulled out before they told us. This one full week after they were informed about the loss of sale costing us the price of a survey. Very poor.

I really want to thank the star and angel that is Amanda for tirelessly working to help us get our first home. There were times when we thought we wouldn’t get it but Amanda kept our hopes up and gave us an incredible amount of support. The house buying process (especially as first timers) is not easy but having this estate agents representing us made it a little bit more pleasant. Special shout out to Holly for jumping in also. 30th Nov 2024 (7 weeks ago)the impression I got of the way Iliffe & Ilffee operates is getting as many as possible homeowners to sign up to market by deflated valuation. The property sits there with zero interest. I wonder if this tactic is to get the signature so no other agents reach the properties. In short valuable time wasted.
28th Dec 2024 (18 days ago)Very disappointing! Mac Cheema was not truthful throughout the process. There was an initial hidden cost at the beginning to pay for checks. Other estate agents do not have this costing. He applied a lot of pressure on me to change lenders and increase my offer when there were issues during the process. Towards the end, he kept stating that we're close to completing and exchanging, however, my personal estate agent and my solicitor both said that this was not the case. He kept trying to put pressure on me to chase things up that didn't need chasing. Mac kept stating that it was IMPERATIVE that XYZ had got done. Again, from having spoken to my solicitor and estate agent, this was not the case. He was not on the side of the buyer. He was extremely ruthless and pushy. Finally, when collecting the keys, I had to meet him in a public location, near a train station, rather than the official office. It was extremely odd - Not entirely sure if there is an office? I would not trust him - Please do not use!

Showing me the properties and answering all of my questions, through to the admin side Jenny also assisted with the admin. I found them both very professional and helpful throughout.
