Rented with Invicta for just over a year and would not recommend them. They didn’t agree to an initial break clause in the contract which gets normally implemented when requested as it is a security for both sides. The house had constant problems and we were super cooperative with builders and the many inspection visits. Mould was a big problem and we were told by Invicta in quite a derogatory way that it is our fault and we are not “managing” it correctly. Rather unprofessional before inspecting the cause- the fact that the basement was always flooded says it all and the property wasn’t fit for purpose. They misrepresented the landlord on three occasions communicating different messages causing quite a bit of distress. Would also recommend to take enough pictures when moving in as the photos on the MS word sheets handed out by Invicta were quite blurry and wouldn’t give enough detail of the inspection report. The photos helped us when they were trying to charge for something which wasn’t done when we moved in. We are with a really nice estate agent now and see how it can be done differently.... Read more

I have recently bought my house through Invicta estate agents in Faversham. There were quite a few frustrations along the way particularly towards the conclusion however Davina and Rae were so professional and calming whilst trying to encourage all parties involved in the chain to “get a move on”. Invicta have managed the rental of my flat for many years now. I managed the rental to a friend until she moved on and I was worried about continuing the rental as I spend a lot of time out of the UK.
