the impression I got of the way Iliffe & Ilffee operates is getting as many as possible homeowners to sign up to market by deflated valuation. The property sits there with zero interest. I wonder if this tactic is to get the signature so no other agents reach the properties. In short valuable time wasted.

Nathan and David have been fantastic throughout the sale and purchase of our properties, both of which were through Iliffe and Iliffe. David and Nathan are a great team. Very polite and friendly, the opposite of the caricature representation of estate agents! Cannot recommend Iliffe and Iliffe enough. They sold our house promptly and offered professional and sound advice throughout. We had a very difficult chain and Nathan and David were extremely helpful and proactive. A great family run, local business. We are loving our new home!
