When we first met Russell to discuss moving home, we were feeling very anxious about taking such a big step! This was our first time selling a property and we didn't really know where to start. Russell was informative and reassuring from the minute we arranged the initial home visit. Russell always had our best interest at heart - this was always communicated so well. It wasn't an easy journey, with a few sales falling through, however, the entire team were so supportive and optimistic throughout. We really did feel like they were family by the end of it. Another absolutely incredible experience with Greys. This is our second time using them as our family has expanded since purchasing our first home with Greys. We had an exact house in mind and were not prepared to compromise in any way. Greys went above and beyond to make our dream a reality and managed to find us an identical house in our desired development. Every single member of the team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Lydia was always extremely cheerful and welcoming, Joe was so kind and respected our home and the fact we had an indoor cat when holding viewings, Chris dealt with our multiple viewing requests for the property we purchased at the drop of a hat. And as for Russel, what a man! Nothing was ever too much or an issue - he took every single call of mine when he was in the office and called me back promptly if he wasn't. I must have been by far the most difficult client he has ever had to deal with as I suffer with anxiety however he put me at ease regularly and looked after us so well. Nothing was ever an issue. We would undoubtably recommend Greys to anyone! They still have that fun and friendly vibe they had 7 years ago and they really do care for their clients and work so well as a team. Grey’s were excellent throughout the sale process. Joe was our primary agent and provided a very thorough service throughout. We are living overseas so having a great service was very reassuring for us. Joe was always quick to respond and communicated very well with us.
