Most unprofessional viewings my partner and I have ever been on. We viewed a property in Broadstone with Simon. During a viewing I pulled the fitted blind up to look in the house's back garden and check the road/cars passing by. However, when I tried to open the blinds it came off it's wall fixing (it obviously wasn't fitted properly). I apologised profusely to Simon. As a viewer I really think we should be allowed to open blinds/look in fitted wardrobes/go in the loft. All of these things matter as a potential buyer. In comes Simon who very aggressively tells me off and from then on had a very inappropriate, unprofessional demeanor about him. He basically chased us out the door! Simon went from friendly to aggressive and made us feel very uncomfortable.... Read more
