I'm looking to move near to Wimborne and found a property I wanted to view in Broadstone. I spoke to Simon on 7th August who was extremely rude & unhelpful and told me the owner of the property would not under any circumstances accept a viewing unless my property was on the market. That I can accept but he then suggested I purchased it unseen! I said there was no way I would do that so he said "well you won't be buying it then"
I have viewed several properties in the Wimborne area recently and never been spoken to in this manner.
I pity the vendor.

Most unprofessional viewings my partner and I have ever been on. We viewed a property in Broadstone with Simon.
During a viewing I pulled the fitted blind up to look in the house's back garden and check the road/cars passing by. However, when I tried to open the blinds it came off it's wall fixing (it obviously wasn't fitted properly). I apologised profusely to Simon. As a viewer I really think we should be allowed to open blinds/look in fitted wardrobes/go in the loft. All of these things matter as a potential buyer.
In comes Simon who very aggressively tells me off and from then on had a very inappropriate, unprofessional demeanor about him. He basically chased us out the door! Simon went from friendly to aggressive and made us feel very uncomfortable.

Its now a year later since Wilson Thomas helped with the sale of a property (see above) and now in June 2021 we registered with them as we were looking to buy in the Broadstone area. We were offered a number of properties over several weeks and all were good for us but did not quite meet all our criteria. Also we were receiving info from other Estate Agents. WT were very good in the way they followed up and maintained contact to try to meet our exact needs. Then we were offered a new development which was about to come on the market and we were taken to see it and introduced to the developer. One of the Directors Justin ensured smooth communications with the developer and helped us achieve exchange of contract in a very short timescale and checked progress and smoothing of issues between the seller, solicitors and ourselves to completion. The whole team works in a well co-ordinated way and was focused on helping us meet our exact property requirements. Thank You for another excellent outcome!!
