Cant praise the whole team at palmer and snell enough. We moved into our new home in the middle of covid lockdown in april. But jack was always there checking up on us and our progress. we also used the in house mortgage advisor mark who was fantastic and got us the mortgage we needed. Need to mention countrywide conveyancing also, although we never met anyone in the office everything went do smoothly the team who dealt with us were quick to return phone calls and emails and everthing went so smoothly.

We recently sold our house and also bought our new place all through Palmer Snell and found them to be fantastic.
We ended up having to deal with the whole CV19 issue mid transaction which obviously made things tricky all round but found all the guys and girl at PS Upton extremely helpful throughout and a good ear to our frustrations.
Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and helpful experience in what is inevitably a stressful time.
We also used their mortgage advisor who was fantastic and couldn't have made things easier.

Palmer Snell Upton have been exceptional dealing with the sale of our house. Right from the start, they managed to show 20+ interested parties round our house and secured the sale after 3 weeks. They have supported us throughout the process and kept us informed of progress.
The manager went over and above to help us with all the paperwork on the sale of ours and purchase of our new property.
It did not work out for us this time but we would not hesitate to use them again.

Our experience with this branch was some what disappointing to say the least. We was not kept informed throughout the buying process and at times had to chase daily to ensure things were being done. Information was with held from us about the ongoing purchase further up the chain. Would advise against using there services.

Palmer Snell were not my agent but represented the sellers who we were buying from. My wife and I have not moved house in over 25 years but the help and advice we received from Jack, Hannah and Darren was first class.
Right from the beginning of the process the team were enthusiastic and understanding of all our particular needs and issues. They constantly kept us updated on the progress of our chain and were always willing to offer any advice and help that I certainly needed as I personally am not up and running with all that is involved in moving house.
Once again a big thank you to the PS team in Upton a really good advert for Estate Agents.
Finally as mentioned over the phone (Jack-Hannah-Darren) if you are passing when we are fully moved in pop in for a tea or a coffee and a chat.....Bob

We used Palmer & Snell to purchase our first home. The service provided by Jack the Branch Manager was absolutley briliant and professional. He was all the time available and very helpful. Let us in the property with contractor to view and to think ahead. Other guys were also very kind at the branch,
I also would like to mention their colleague Mark who helped us to get the best mortgage deal. Mark was fantastic he could gather much more money then any other mortgage broker we met before.
I would highly recommend to wrok with htem.

Woeful.
Coerced me into speaking to their in-house broker despite me telling them I didn’t want to.
After giving in and speaking to her she tells me I will not be eligible for a mortgage for three years. I explain to her that she is wrong and in disagreement with the other brokers I have had contact with. I pointed out why she was wrong and the information supporting my position was readily available to anyone who could read.
The result of this all was that I was removed from their sales list whilst actively looking to buy a house. This step was not communicated to me and I only noticed when I saw my name had been removed from their office whiteboard.
As it turned out I was able to get a mortgage (surprise, surprise) and purchased a house Palmer Snell had up for sale from the estate agent across the road.
They really did drag failure from the jaws of success.
Once I moved into the house they took over a week to remove their ‘for sale’ sign from my front garden.
