Absolutely disgraceful estate agent. Everything seems smooth and professional at the start of the tenancy, but the problems begin when you move out.
They attempted to deduct money from my deposit for issues they claimed were not present when I moved in. Despite providing email evidence and time-stamped photographs clearly showing the condition of the property at the start of the tenancy, they continued to insist that the damage was not recorded on the original inventory.
It was extremely frustrating dealing with an agency that appeared unwilling to acknowledge clear evidence. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise tenants to keep thorough records of everything and be prepared to challenge any unfair charges. I would not trust this agency and would not use them again.

We recently used Griffin for both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one, and we honestly could not have asked for a better experience.
We were incredibly lucky to have Hannah Davis supporting us throughout the whole process. From start to finish, Hannah went above and beyond in every area. Moving house can be extremely stressful and overwhelming at times, especially when you are unsure who to contact regarding certain issues or questions, but Hannah was always there to help. She would happily do the leg work for us, chase things up, find answers, manage situations and put things in place to keep everything moving smoothly.
It was always easy to get in contact with her during business hours, and we genuinely felt like she was on our side throughout the entire process. Her communication, professionalism, reassurance and dedication made such a difference during what can be a very stressful time.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Hannah, and we would highly recommend both her and Griffin to anyone buying or selling a home.

We recently completed on our new home and can’t thank Hannah Davis enough for all of her help throughout the process. From start to finish, Hannah was professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive during what can often be a stressful time.
She kept everything moving smoothly, communicated clearly at every stage, and always made herself available to answer questions and provide reassurance when needed. Her attention to detail and dedication really stood out, and it genuinely felt like she went above and beyond to help us complete successfully.

Our experience from start to finish with hannah Davis was excellent, she also kept us updated and helped as much as she could regarding our sale, especially as we had an awful solicitor at the team. However with hannahs support things worked out in the end. Hannah us an attribute to have on the team. So we were please woth the help.

Gates Parish (part of Griffin Group), were very good. They provided a realistic valuation, marketed the property well and achieved a very quick sale. Due to their long history in the area, they have a very good knowledge of the locL market
