I personally found the Staff Excellent! The Valuation was lower than I expected, but Griffin suggested a lower starting Figure would Help get Viewings Increased from a lower stating point. 0f course this suggested Price Range would encourage an increase in interest, and it did. Communication was a little Long-Winded at times but "Very Professional!" I'm Very Happy to have the handling The Sale of My Property.... Read more

Not your " friendly" local estate agent at all !! Today one of their staff parked his car right outside my front door in a way that prevented me and others local residents/ businesses to freely access our property. When asked to be more considerate of "others" he completely lost the plot! He would not admit he was in the wrong! Worst, he fake welcoming mask disappeared to be replace by a smirk smile and very dismissive gesture! Then he started being rude, arrogant and questioning my right to freely have access to my property!! As well as follow me 10 minutes later by trespassing into "my private building" to have another go at me! What this man failed to realised that his negative and threatening behaviour reflect on his employer Griffin! Hence me writing this review .. Is Griffin company ethos to employed staff who are : Bully ! Aggressive! Ill mannered ! ? And make a nuisance of themself tk their neighbour ????? I would definitely not use their service them to sell or rent of my property . I dont even want them as my neighbour!... Read more
