Didn't respond at the phone when you call them an you need to go more times to fix something. For example they have 3 weeks from when we start to tell them the heating is not working and we have a wall which properly can fall any time and can hurt someoane and the water flows every day in the kitchen.... As a landlord of several houses I cannot fault the management of my properties. Any issue is dealt with promptly and efficiently and I can be assured repairs are completed at excellent value without corners being cut [they've managed everything from small repairs to full refurbishments for me]. Tenant issues are also effectively managed giving me peace of mind that the properties are being well looked after and cared for. It's excellent to find genuine people who really do care and go the extra mile to provide good old fashioned customer service. Thanks to the whole team; you've all played your part when needed.... We came in to agency yestarday, staff werent interesting to help us, as a customers which thinking to rent a property and potentialy spend money there we have been treated as intruder not a customer.A blonde woman was keen more to correct her hair and other woman wasn't interesting to help as well.After standing in the middle of the room( no offer to have a sit) we resigned after few minutes waiting for other person from the office to serve us.Really dissapointment , so poor customer service.... Staff have no manners for one, they are very sarcastic when you talk about an issue you have, you had to keep on at them go for repairs that never get done or solved, they land you into debt that you don't find out about until bailiffs come to your door then when you question Hattersley Estates they fob you off. When you want your money back they refuse to level with you they hate being in the wrong.... Read more

Absolutely shocking service. More interested in charging you through the teeth for anything possible but when it comes to repairs they are nowhere to be found until rent day comes around, also had verbal abuse from there cleaning staff, Definitely do not recommend!... Read more
