We've rented from Martin & Co Ealing over a month ago and they were very nice until they've seen the tenancy agreement signed and the money into their account. The day that we were supposed to move into the new house we've discovered that no repairs have been done although constantly promised for 3 weeks. And they're still not done after a month of moving into the property. In addition to not having hot water (still!), there was a bad gas leakage and the boiler almost set on fire due to an additional electric fault. We're constantly contacting them to fix the outstanding problems, and each time they say they were not aware of them before. We've been treated very unprofessional, they've started hanging up the phone now. Moreover, they haven't provided us all fobs to enter the property and we had to pay for them ourselves, and we've still not received a refund for them. Or a refund for the days that our move into the property was delayed due to presence of mice, insects and other several health and safety issues. I would never recommend renting through this agency, they're very unreliable. Don't trust the nice treatment during the initial viewings.... Read more
