Estate Agents sometimes get a bad rap (on occasions deserved), But if you use Henry Phillips Estate Agent, they will take you through the whole process of selling the house, explaining how and why your house is advertised and when the offer comes through they lease with both sets of Solicitors. I can assure you, your stress will be much reduced. Our main contact was David Stevens and throughout it was obvious he new what he was talking about, A very proffesional job.

I purchased a Farnborough property needing substantial maintenance through Henry Philips during the summer of 2022, and found David Stevens to be thoroughly helpful and pragmatic on both the selling and purchasing side. He went well beyond the services of usual estate agents to get a difficult property position over the line, assisting both the vendors in a remote sale and facilitating accompanied return viewing visits in order that I could obtain trade quotes and estimates to make the deal happen. I doubt I would have retained my interest in the transaction without the selling agent's support I received throughout the exchange of contracts period.

Henry Phillips is proof of boys doing a mans job.
I don't normally leave reviews but out of frustration I am now. The house sold itself not the Estate agents. I had high hope's for my first experience on the property ladder but unfortunately feel I was ignored at times and not treated with the respect I should have. I felt I was purely seen as tieing up the end of a chain and get the ball rolling. When I brought up any questions or queries I felt I either didn't get any answers or ones that were completely fabricated which then led to be wrong.
On move in day which was the only time I physically met Jon after 4 months of liaising via message, I felt it was extremely impersonal and he clearly didn't know much about the house itself. After being asked- I raised questions which I had or things that had not been done but promised, with no clear answer on the day and I will get back to you. I heard nothing so messaged and to this day never heard from him since. They also don't have a office or base you are able to visit therefore, no way of really getting hold of them in person.
The whole experience for me I felt I was left in the dark. If you are a buyer you are just a number and they don't really care to follow you with the same service as you aren't paying for it. Definitely will not be using Henry Philips when I'm at a position to sell, had your chance but you blew that but ignoring me.

After 3-months on the market, we appointed Henry Phillips, who got us sold within a month. All viewings were properly qualified- everyone who viewed had already seen the 360 video of our property, and could afford it. These guys were hungry for the business, and were extremely pro-active. We found out about them when we dropped the price, and David literally knocked on the door. Within 24-hours of instructing them, the board was up, and our property was on-line. Viewings quickly followed. After a Saturday morning viewing, I asked what they were doing with their weekend, and they were off to a local event to network! They are rapidly expanding their database using creative methods and initiatives. I haven’t seen this with any other agent. They don’t sit outside the mine waiting for coal, they go digging, and if they don’t find any, they go further and keep digging until they do! I’m so pleased with Henry Phillips that I’m giving them first shot at finding my next home.

We have recently bought through Jon Henry Phillips and although they were not technically ‘working on our behalf’, the service we received was phenomenal. Some complications along the route were dealt with efficiently and within a timely manner. Communication was second to none, Jon even contacted me on Sundays and his days off to ensure things were going ok. Above and beyond. Highly recommend

As investors we have dealt with many agents over the years. The service we received from Jonathan at Henry Philips for the sale of one of our residential properties is among the very best we've ever had - a league above most other agencies. He also managed to set a record for the quickest sale having found us a buyer within hours of the board going up. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, extremely responsive and above all pragmatic. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Jonathan and his agency again.

Would definitely recommend Henry Philips.
After experiencing two shocking estate agents we went with Henry Philips who were helpful and professional from the start. With 12 weeks with the other agents and not one viewing, Jon arranged two viewings within six days and sold on the second viewing. Jon gave good advice and appeared to know his clients requirements and wishes when arranging viewings. He kept us updated constantly and made us aware of any issues.

What can one say.
Property on the market & within 1 week 3 offers.
The buyers are first time buyers, willing to wait for probate which is a bureaucratic nightmare in these COVID times.
Have paid a 10% deposit.
I was sceptical at first but Henry Phillips although a smaller estate agents, easily made my choice over the other larger well known & well established companies.
Trust especially with estate agents is a bit tentative.
In this case my wife & I have absolutely no qualms in recommending Henry Phillips

Jonathan impressed us from the very start. Personable and approachable, he is a highly experienced and knowledgeable estate agent, very responsive and flexible, adeptly guiding us, as first time sellers, through the whole process and keeping us fully appraised of progress throughout. We could not rate Jon highly enough for his excellent level of communication and service on the sale of our property. Amazing service, I wish every estate agent could be as good as Henry Phillips Residential.
I'm not normally a person to give feedback, however just had to in this instance as the service from start to finish by Henry Phillips Residential has been faultless. I mainly dealt with Jonathan who is the the CEO/MD, it's also evident his communication, knowledge, patience and skill resonates throughout the whole team as also had excellent dealings with Paul. Jonathan and his team always went above and beyond and under normal circumstances you would think they were fantastic but in the current climate their level of service is just incredible,
Cannot recommend this team to deal with your requirements enough as my experience with Henry Phillips Residential has raised the bar in the highest levels of customer service.
