Greg has been proactive in the sale of our house, acting in a timely and efficient manner. He has kept us informed and suggested a few reasonably priced upgrades which helped us achieve the sale we wished for. He then sourced and oversaw these due to my absence from the area. Bunch of cowboys, running around making a mess of everywhere. They cant seem to be bothered to clean up after themselves. They just leave unused signs on the pavement, put a black bin bag on it in the vein hope the bin men will pick it up at some point in the distant future. They dont. When I asked them to clean it up, I was amazed when I see their man take the sign out of the bin bag, and threw the bag on the floor for the wind to blow about. That is littering, sir.... Read more

We would recommend Greg James to anyone, for their utterly professional service. The team communication was excellent throughout the process, which we found especially valuable for the final stage from offer to completion. We never had to chase for answers. We particularly valued Jon’s straightforwardness when we weren’t sure what to do. The house was our family home for over 60 years and required total refurbishment, making it a challenging sale that took time. My partner and I were very impressed with the service provided by Greg James. Most notably Jon and Mike were excellent in communication and helped us through a difficult sale and purchase process. A very professional company with efficient processes Our experience started over a year ago when we first listed our flat in Farnborough and were able to accept an offer within 2.5 weeks of being on the market. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, our buyers had to pull their offer. Around that time, interest rates increased massively and even through we didn't get any further offers, Jon and Mike made sure that we were still getting viewings every week. We had to pull our flat off the market in October and relisted again in February. Within a month of going back on the market, we were able to accept another offer. Since then we had a lot of challenges due to a complicated chain but the team at Greg James were always there to provide their support. 4 months later, we can confirm that we have now exchanged and are able to complete this week. We will forever be grateful to the whole team at Greg James and would recommend them to anyone!... Read more

Greg, Mike and Connor helped me with the sale of two properties in quick succession. Estimates given by Greg on both were honest and accurate based on the market, not over inflated to draw you into selling like many agents - very refreshing and the sort of service you would hope for! Mike took over from on the more complex of the sales and stayed firmly on top of the process, dealing with both mine and my buyers solicitors throughout and keeping me advised at every stage. I can honestly say that until dealing with these guys, I felt that Estate agents got money for nothing, but I will now eat my words, top work, top service and great value, all from a tram of very personable guys who I wouldn't hesitate to use again! I just bought my first property and it was sold with Greg James Estate Agents. The whole team are absolutely lovely but Connor was my estate agent and supported me throughout the process. He was extremely quick to reply, flexible and even allowed me an early viewing. He gave excellent advice and never made me feel naive or inexperienced, just encouraged me and helped to make the process as smooth as possible. When there were issues with solicitors both sides, he worked incredibly hard to iron the issues out and empathised with me when it was stressful. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. or using them again. We sold 2 apartments in the same block using Greg James: Greg, Jon, Connor and the team. They not only sold them for us; giving great advice but also following our instructions when we needed them to, but also went the extra mile on after sale process which is slower since covid.
