David did a fantastic job of marketing my property in Ash Vale: the photos did my house real justice and before long there was steady footfall of people coming to visit. Several offers were made and I was able to accept the best one. David also helped me with my onward search: he showed me round several properties - 2 of which I made offers on. On a personal level, David was great to deal with: he is highly experienced in his field and so has a good deal of accumen, empathy, tact, patience and good humour!
