What can I say. After deciding to sell my house that I had lived in for 34 years and having it up for 6 months with 2 different estate agents we wasn’t getting much luck I started to feel downhearted like I wasn’t going to be able to sell it. I came across TEKOOP on Facebook and decided to call them. Spoke to a really helpful man Frank who came to see us I found him to be easy to talk to and reassuring and professional at the same time. He told me he would sell my house. He kept us up to date with all viewings he called and gave us feedback after each viewing which is something the last 2 agents didn’t do but something I wanted and Frank listened to me and did exactly that. After 3 months my house SOLD I was over the moon. I was relocating to Poole and once I sold I looked and found a house that I wanted I put and offer in and it was excepted. I was so happy. Unfortunately after a few weeks my buyer pulled out I was gutted. But within a very short time 5 weeks Frank found me another buyer. Which he did say he would. I was so happy as the house I had found was still available so I could still push forward with the purchase. I was over the moon Frank went above and beyond for us with both my sale and my forward purchase. He was easy too approach easy to speak to and made me feel as ease when things got a little tough. Within 6 weeks of selling my house second time round we completed and moved into our new house. I would recommend TEKOOP and Frank 100%. Even a week after my move Frank gave us a call to check everything was well. To celebrate our first week in our new home. A Massive Thank you Frank for everything you did for us. Highly recommend.

Frank was absolutely amazing from start to finish, selling our property efficiently enabling us to move forward to our new cottage.Very fast sale. Frank instigated modern, both analogue and digital techniques and combined with hard work on the phone and in person, he sold our house in 7 days from Photos, to Launch, Open House with 24 viewings , 7 offers, 3 firm and final offers and more than our guide price

I don’t often give 5 stars for everything, however I can honestly say that Frank has been superb throughout our recent sale. We sold our house in less than 10 days!! Within 2 days of the property being listed on the market, he had secured over 20 viewings, ultimately resulting in 28 people booked for an open house viewing . We had offers on the table within 2 days!
Frank has a wealth of experience and knowledge, and conveys this in an easy to understand manner. Nothing is too much trouble, and this most certainly was not “ the most stressful time of your life “!! The online portal he uses ensures you can keep up to date with the progress 24/7 too , which is such a great tool.
I would ( and already have ) recommended Frank to anyone buying or selling.

We sold our house through Frank after recommendations and I can honestly say we had the most positive and personal experience from start to finish.
We’ve previously sold through larger agents and this was a completely different experience. We were kept up to date at all times and any questions or queries we had answered quickly. Frank made us feel comfortable and confident with the selling process.
We used the solicitors that Frank recommended and they were exceptional and very efficient with our sale and purchase.
We would not hesitate to use Te Koop again, we got asking price for our house in a difficult market with rising interest rates and this we were extremely happy with.
