This is how good Darren and the team are at Billingham & Martin - Our house was going to go on the market at the end of the month in April - Darren came round to have a discussion as to when we are going to put it on the market etc.. - ( our house was still not n the market just yet ) 1 week later - Darren had rung us to confirm that he has got someone in mind who is more than likely wanting to buy our house and can they come and view it.. They came and saw and our house was sold within a week.!! . still not on the market yet.. This is how good they are - Excellent & professional service from the moment we met Darren to the day we handed over the keys.. nothing was ever too much trouble and kept us informed at all times - even when we asked silly questions - they really are the best !! We have recently bought a property through Billingham Martin and, as a first time buyer, Darren was everything you'd want from an Estate Agent; knowledgeable, informative, calm, reachable and fair with his advice.
Made the whole process as seamless as possible, and quickly pivoted when our (... erratic) solicitors changed the goalposts on a few occasions, with an assured voice that he would speak to the other side of the transaction to ensure they were informed of changes.
Cannot recommend Darren, and Billingham Martin, enough. Really great experience of buying our first home

I cannot overstate how highly I regard Corey, Darren and everyone at Billingham Martin following the sale of my parents' house. The hit-rate for offers vs viewings was amazingly good, the property sold above asking price, and the communication throughout was top notch. Around 12 years ago I purchased a property in Farnborough. Billingham Martin were the agent used by the seller. At the time I was impressed how Darren and Corey handled their part of the sale. Fast forward 12 years and we decided to sell the property. Billingham Martin were an obvious first choice. The property was valued on the 19th April. Within 3 days we had an offer that we were happy to accept. By the 29th June the sale was completed. Darren handled the whole sale, was always at hand to help with any details and generally push things along. This was very reassuring as we live in a different part of the country and its nice to know things were being taken care of in our absence. Highly recommended.

I chose this estate agent based on previous customer reviews and I wasn't disappointed. They were cheaper than the other local agents and gave excellent customer service. There are no fancy gimmicks such as virtual viewings, just hard work showing potential buyers your home. They continued to work hard to ensure that the sale of my property went through. I had a difficult sale because of a boundary issue and it was never too much trouble, keeping them updated and vice-versa. I had confidence in using Billingham Martin as my estate agent who went above and beyond.

There are a lot of different Estate Agents in this area and it is difficult to know which one to choose - but we cannot recommend Billingham Martin enough.
From the moment we met Cory we knew that we were in safe hands and that the house sale would be dealt with in a professional manner. The valuation was spot on as Cory knew the local area and market extremely well. Cory found us a buyer very quickly but this did not mean his job was done. We had constant updates, guidance and on-going support right up to completion.
In the very unlikely event that Cory wasn't available then the others in the office, especially Darren and Jack were also able to help. All in all this was an extremely positive experience for us at a very difficult time.

Apparently moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do - well my recent experience with Billingham Martin would suggest otherwise! Darren, Cory and Jack are very friendly and extremely professional and while they keep you informed every step of the way, they are never pushy or intrusive. We received an absolutely first class service from start to finish. Always kept informed with information, from initial viewings right the way through to completion of the sale.
I can highly recommend Darren Martin. No nonsense, very honest and not like the usual Estate Agents from other companies in the town, Darren tells the truth! He even fed our cat for us when we were away on holiday, what more can you ask for.

Where’s the 6-star rating when you need it? We can’t recommend Billingham Martin highly enough. From the moment Cory stepped in the door he was professional, business-like, honest, plain speaking and friendly. After a less than satisfactory experience on the market with two other agents for a number of months, it was a refreshing change dealing with an independent agent who was more interested in finding a quality buyer than reporting how many phone calls they’d made to lukewarm leads!
Marketing was produced very quickly and accurately and no sooner had the property been launched did the viewing rate pick up. Within a week or so, we had an asking price offered and accepted thanks to Darren. But that’s only the half of it. Cory and Darren proactively moved matters forward, keeping us informed and involved every step of the way through to exchange of contracts and completion. They liaised with all parties to keep everything on track and all target dates were met.
We have no hesitation in recommending Billingham Martin.

We have bought once and sold twice now with Billingham Martin. We received excellent service again from Cory, Darren and Jack! Our last sale in Jan 2018 came with chain complications and delays and if we had been with any other agent I am confident that our sale would have fallen through, but Cory did an excellent job keeping all parties informed of progress and kept the chain together. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They attended our survey for us, accompanied all viewings and even met our buyers on completion day at the property to hand over the keys! We never have trouble getting through on the phone, as Jack never lets the phone ring more than twice, (unlike other local agents!). We are currently purchasing a property in Farnborough and will definitely use Billingham Martin to sell this one, when the time comes. Thanks for all your support. Great Job!

This is the second time we have used BillinghamMartin and they were 1st class in every way. Having had dealings with other estate agents Darren and Cory are both so refreshing to deal with and you really feel they have your best interests at heart. They sold out house within a week and for the full asking price but that is just the start of the house selling process. The real stress comes with making sure it goes through and this is where they come into their own. They are constantly chasing solicitors and providing updates on the sales and purchases and make sure everyone keeps their cool.
Having had friends that have used some of the cheap online conpanies advertising low selling fees many have come back to bite them. As soon as they had a sale agreed they found the companies lost interest and had no idea what was going on with the chains, which eventually collapsed.
BillinghamMartin not only fully researched and advised us on our chain, they were also more than happy to provide us with help and negotiating advice on houses we were potentially looking at. Their level of experience in the property market is exceptional.
If you use these guys you won't be disappointed.
