Our initial appointment with David set the tone which was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in understanding our needs rather than just making a sale. He explained everything clearly and gave us confidence that we were in capable hands. As the process moved forward, Joel handled the negotiation of the sale brilliantly. His approach was calm, strategic, and transparent, ensuring we felt informed and supported throughout. We always felt that he had our best interests at heart, and his communication during negotiations made what can often be a stressful stage feel far more manageable. Akeel kept us regularly updated, which made a huge difference. The consistent communication meant we were never left wondering what was happening, and any questions we had were answered promptly and professionally. That level of responsiveness really helped reduce the usual anxieties that come with buying or selling property. Andrew is currently overseeing the sale progression, and even at this stage, his attention to detail and proactive approach have been outstanding. It’s reassuring to know that the final steps are being handled so carefully and efficiently. Overall, I can honestly say the whole team has been amazing and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their professionalism, communication, and teamwork have made this experience far smoother than we expected. 12th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)??????? Do not waste your time with this agency??????? I had a very disappointing experience. I called three separate times to arrange a viewing for a property, and each time I was told that a colleague would contact me shortly—but no one ever did. On my last call, I clearly explained that I had already contacted you twice before and received the same response without any follow-up. The representative assured me she would pass my details to the sales team and that someone would contact me, but unfortunately, that still didn’t happen. This lack of communication is very frustrating and unprofessional.

This estate agency is a joke, rented a property from them for two years in Ipswich, on 4 separate occasions they allowed people to go in the house without out my knowledge or permission.. FOUR TIMES. Breaking the contract and just a cheap apology. Then I move out and 5 weeks later they are charging me for dust, and grass in the garden to be cut both was done when I moved out. There is no support for the tenant with this estate agency, they just don’t care. Worst estate agents ever. Avoid at all costs. I’m now taking them and the landlord to court.

8th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)We are just coming to the end of our sale with Winkworth and the team (Henry, Chelsea and Jamie) have all been fantastic. They stood out from the first initial consultation, when Henry listened to us and answered our questions rather than giving us a sales pitch. They are all warm, friendly, professional and responsive. They have maintained regular and frequent contact throughout which has been especially helpful during the challenging times! When we weren't getting answers from our buyer's solicitors they were always on hand to chase and provide updates. I wholeheartedly recommend Winkworth Sales and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Sam Duquemin at MU has gone the extra mile for me to find me the specific deals I needed where others have failed. Nothing has been too much trouble for him. Outstanding service - highly recommended.

We found the perfect property with Waterfords who were handling the vendor with the upmost care and professionalism. The property was above our agreed selling point and mortgage combined but thankfully with savings and top negotiations by Chris & Henry at Waterfords, we were able to secure our dream forever home and complete the purchase in March 2026. We are over the moon and thank Waterfords for liaising with solicitors and all the parties of the property chain to get the job done. Its 5 stars from us.

The process ran smoothly from valuation to viewings right through to exchange/completion. I dealt with Jon mainly, he kept in touch throughout the process, providing regular updates I had a buyer within 2 weeks of the property going on the market, and completion within 3 months. Jon was always proactive, responsive, efficient, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Greg James, my buyers also said the experience was spot on from their point of view.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

What he achieved was beyond what was expected, and he made the whole process a lot easier than it might otherwise have been. A star all round.

He took the time to understand what I was looking for, was never pushy and most importantly his communication was spot on- 30th Apr 2026 (4 days ago)Initially went personally to their company in Farnborough to check if the place I'm interested in is still available to let. Sadly, it was let agreed. Joshua Hole managed to offer to me one of their latest flat and booked me for a viewing the next day! It was so quick that we managed to secure the place within few days. Quick turnaround time as well. There were just small issues that caused a delay to our moving date. But I would also commend Sarah for sorting it out; She was very professional when she handle my case and apologise for what happened! Just to add up, I went to other letting agency around the area just for a back up plan in case if I'm not able to get the flat I haven't heard any updates from them, they probably think I'm just messing about and I find them unwelcoming upon coming in contrary to the Romans. Anyhow, if you want a professional and nice team to help you find a place to let. I would suggest Romans and find Josh to assist you!
